    Excellence!

by R. A. on 2/5/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

We've seen Jersey Boys in Las Vegas; at least three times on Broadway, and even once in Hershey, PA. We have many shows to compare it to. This was for sure one of the best. So much energy from the performers. Job well done indeed!

    Fantastic!!!

by Bailey on 2/5/22Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

I do not like musicals; I didn't like Jersey boys walking into this show. I walked out loving Frankie Valli and I would probably go see this show again. The lead and entire cast was great although I didn't really like tommys performance (dont know actors name, he wasnt as sharp as other guys but his narration was good.

Spectacular! Acting and singing performances were fabulous. Loved the story too.

    Venue was HORRIBLE!

by Tanya on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show was very, very good. We saw it 3 years ago and the added cursing of the ‘F’ word wasn’t necessary…. But I could deal with it. Santander PAC, should be ashamed of themselves leaving us standing in the vestibule for almost an hour. Packed in there like sardines. So many older people were struggling, exhausted, with canes and walkers. We want life to go back to normal, but they wasn’t smart standing that close to hundreds of people.

    Jersey Boys Rock

by Rob on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Other than the show started over an hour late and the patrons were stuck standing like stuffed sardines outside the auditorium the show itself was excellent. The music and the performers were top notch.

    Great show, lousy theater

by Billy b on 2/4/22Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

The show was perfect, lived up to expectations. however Chrysler Hall Norfolk, VA. is a mess! the building had no heat and it was below zero outside. by intermission there was some heat being generated but by this time your totally miserable and quite frankly....for how good the show was all I wanted it to do is end - so we could leave and get warm! When intermission came I tried to get some hot chocolate or coffee to defrost as my feet were now numb, no joy there either, tried to get something else to eat - all sold out. The cast and crew of Jersey boys was magnificent as they also endured the cold while performing. This day shows the level of professionalism the entertainers have to their trade. Thank you to the entertainers, to the facility....forget about it!

    Good show, bad experience

by Don on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Show was suppose to start at 730. Never got started until after 8:30. Made hundreds of people stand in the lobby for at least 45 minutes. People started asking for their money back and many had to leave by intermission. Enjoyed the show...but by the time it got started the excitement of seeing the show wore off.

    Great Show

by Beckey on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show exceeded my expectations. The cast was exceptional, the story was a surprise to me. The entire cast did a great job. I do think you would have sold out two nights. Even though there was technical difficulties and the doors opened late and the show started late it was well worth the wait and things happen. Thanks for a great show!!!

    Loved the show

by M on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The actors were spectacular. Enjoyed every minute, even though it started an hour late - unforeseen circumstances. The venue, however, was not great. We got an email 2 days before saying only clear stadium bags were allowed, no purses. I ran out and got a stadium bag. Well, big purses were allowed in. Masks were handed out for those without, but they didn’t wear them. 🥵. And parking was $15- never announced. So, those items were disappointing.

    Hour late start

by Me on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show was an hour late in starting. No explanations, no apologies, nothing. Very poor from SPAC. The Jersey Boys company put on a fantastic show. I would see them again at another venue. Not the SPAC.

    Technical Difficulties

by G. P. on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show started one hour later than the published time…this hour was spent herded, shoulder to shoulder, in the lobby. With a mostly senior audience, this so ruined an otherwise wonderful performance

The Jersey Boys @ Santander Performing Arts in Reading, PA

by S. E. on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The Jersey Boys were phenomenal ! The sad thing about our experience at this place was the show started a little more than an hour later. The lobby was packed with people standing for over an hour shoulder to shoulder on the first floor and the second floor. Thank goodness my date and I had seats over where the co-ed bathrooms are on the first floor. When we got into the theater, even though everyone was seated, we still had to wait for a while. People started clapping. The show started a little more than an hour later. We decided we won't be going back to The Santander Performing Arts in Reading, PA again. The next day was a work day and we didn't get home until after midnight. Because of the delay.

    Jersey Boys Broadway show

by Bambi on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show was fabulous. Singers were great and it takes you back to the 60's. However, the show was one hour late due to technical sound difficulties. As a sr. citizen who uses a cane, it was very hard to stand in the lobby crammed in with all those people, for an hour. Parking cost was ridiculous too. You pay so much for these shows and then they charge you a crazy amount for parking. So bottom line, show was fabulous. Time waiting for it not so much. Parking also not so great as far as cost.

    Such a disappointment

by JD on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

We gave our friends tickets to Jersey Boys as a gift for Christmas. They had a terrible time. Show was delayed for an hour and a half because of technical problems, the dialogue had been changed to include a host of expletives which made them uncomfortable and the lead singer playing role of Frankie Valli was mediocre. They were told by fellow attendees who had seen the show six times that this production was the worst that they had ever seen.

    Jersey boys

by Sur on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show was great but before the show waiting to get in was another story. If you were having technical difficulties you should have told us. In the time of Covid and the way we were crowded in waiting to get to our seats was incredible. I’m sure many people will get Covid being smashed together. Better communication and cried control would be nice.

    Jersey Boys

by Jim on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Was extremly disappointed in the show. First of all, the show started an hour late which resulted in a very long night and second i felt that the performance was second rate at BEST. The performers all appeared to be understudies or standbys. This certainly wasnt anywhere near broadway quality. My tickets were extremly expensive and i felt i didnt get the show i paid for. Highly disappoionted in the show and the lateness of the production. FOUR THUMBS DOWN

I enjoyed the show. Great music off broadway

by Doc on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Big disappointment was show starting an hour late. Had to wait in crowded lobby over an hour to be able to go find seat. A lot of issues as tickets were sold for seats that weren’t available in the front of the of the theatre.

Jersey Boys experience from an actors POV.

by Liz on 2/4/22The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

The show was to start at 730, It started at 830. These things happen. Non theater people started to leave. They couldn’t get the spot light to work, people were impatient. I get it all. However, I do not get that they ran out of Playbills when the theater wasn’t filled even close to capacity. To me that is inexcusable. Also, they could have made some announcements about the delay. But the show itself was GREAT! Full of talent and very entertaining. I give the show 10/10. I give the theater and audience a 0/10 lol.

    The Jersey Boys

    by D. G. on 2/2/22Chrysler Hall - Norfolk

I saw it about 7 years ago, but wanted to see it again. Went with a friend who never saw it or the movie. Love the music, can’t help but sing along (silently mouthing the words to all the songs). Great performance!!!
