This was the concert to be at! Although angie was facing some adversity, she PUT IT DOWN! Chico performed like he never stopped performing. He was sensual and sexy! Joe was definitely working the crowd. The hits kept hitting and it was sooooooo GROWN and SEXY!!!

    Great Show!

by LadyTex on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

The entire show was excellent! - Chico was the opening act and did a very good job; giving the audience a mixture of new and old material. So good to see Chico on the scene again. Angie Stone actually came on stage second due to a death in her family she needed to catch an earlier flight to be with her family. The Dallas audience immediately embraced and thanked her for performing with a standing ovation! Angie did a fantastic job and she truly showed her poise, commitment and professionalism. Joe performed last and as always did not disappoint. It was really nice to hear a larger body of music from Joe. He sang several songs from the Signature CD, New Man and Ain't Nothing Like Me; which are his last three CD's. Additionally he took us back and did some of his "ole school" songs as well. Joe has an amazing voice and always come ready to deliver.

Chico Debarge was okay. Angie Stone gave a very great show to say she lost her grandmother the same day. OMG!!! Joe is the man. He gave a great performance.. My friends and I enjoy the show and do not mind seeing a show like that in the future... Great job guys!!!!!

Angie Stone and Joe were great!

by WinkWink on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

My deepest sympathy for Angie her grandmother passed away right before the concert, and what a dedicated individual to still perform. She performed and not only did she wow us but I have a greater respect for her now and I hope she will come back. Joe is the man! I love him already, but last night he gave the best concert he's ever given here in Dallas! He was very intimate, and the background acoustics sounded so nice... I will come back to see him anytime!

    Angie has my heart

by BigVic55 on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

The show was amazing and was made more emotional by Angie's revelation that her grandmother passed away earlier in the day. She still wanted to perform for Dallas before rushing off to catch a flight to be with family. Angie has endeared herself to me forever for giving of herself at such an emotional time (she lost her dad last year on the exact same date). She still sang her heart out for us and it was clear that she was emotionally spent. THANK YOU Angie!!...From a fan forever. Joe was also amazing. He had the women going crazy including my wife. I really like his vibe and he sounds just as good in person as he does on his CD's. Chico was okay but it was nice to see him performing considering all that he has been through. All in all it was a great night. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

It was nice to see Chico back doing his thing. Angie Stone was wonderful as always. I'm so sorry for her loss. But she managed to still give the people what they wanted. And JOE! Joe is my ALL TIME FAVORITE. He doesn't have a song that's not my favorite. I have every CD of his. This was my first time seeing him in concert - and I will never forget it. He know how to work the stage .... simply by being himself while he is up there and having fun. I truly believe that he could have song all night just because he loves what he does and appreciate his fans. I could go all day talking about Joe. There's nobody like him. I buy 'Joe Jeans' - no relations to him .... but just because the name JOE is on them. I am crazy about this man and I believe my husband has a man crush on him too. He love him as well.

    Professionalism at its finest

by mymanJazz on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

I am extremely impressed that Angie Stone would continue to perform even though her heart and soul longed to be on her way home to be with her family during their time of mourning. It take a true professional to put your own feelings on the back burner and place the enjoyment of your fans first. I was impressed that Joe and Angie were able to switch and that the performance lacked nothing. That is true committment to the craft and the fans. Angie was exceptional and Joe, well Joe lack absolutely nothing. His performance was over the top.

    Angie stone, Joe &Chico DeBarge

by Hau49 on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

The show was great and I enjoyed all the performers. It was really nice seeing Chico DeBarge after what he's being through and he took the time to thank Gof for bringing through it all. Angie, had received new that her grandmother had passed away, but she still put on a great show with a broken heart. My man JOE did the his thing and put on a GREAT performance. It was a great date night with my man and Joe's know how to put you into the mood for love!

Angie had a tradegy in the family

by Dev4you on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

Tickets said 8:00 pm. Chico Debarge was already performing before 8:00 pm. Due to a death in the family, Angie Stone went in front of Joe, there seem to be some technical problems, along with emotional, but she gave a good performance.

    JOE was outstanding!

by Chelleygirl on 3/28/10Nokia Theatre At Grand Prairie - Grand Prairie

This concert was great. I only had one issue. In the middle of Chico De Barge performance they cut his time short. They turned on the lights. So he was very upset. Angie Stone was great. I was sorry to here that her grandmother had passsed away the same day. She is a strong phenomenal women. And finally, JOE. He was incredible. He should have been the headliner anyways. Outstanding performance overall.
