As a Swedish death metal band that mainly pens and performs songs about Viking history and lore, it makes absolute sense that their name is in the fictional language of Sindarin (created by J. R. R. And the Wellmont Theater in Montclair NJ was a fantastic venue. Amon Amarth (aka Mount Doom) is highly recommended for my fellow metal fans!

by Julianna on 5/13/24Toyota Oakdale Theatre - WallingfordEvery band was amazing! The energy was great!! I love Amon Amarth and fell in love with Obituary,Frozen Soul and Cannibal Corpse at this concert. I drove a couple hours to get to see them and it was worth it!!! :)

Just good solid Death metal tones. It was a 5 Star out of 5 Star night. Amon Amarth finished the night off with a wonderful set and great stage show with Vikings, And Giant Statue, Giant Boat with Dragon on Front and Giant Sea Serpent. Just a fun heavy metal night. See this Metal Crushes all tour if you can.
