    Bloodywood US Tour

    by Pickle Rick on 1/3/23

Saw them twice on the Nine Inch Naans tour with Bloodywood. I had no idea who they were, which was unusual for me. Usually I seek out "openers" and listen before I show up. But when I watched them live, I knew how much I had messed up. This band is incredible. And I don't even think they played their best songs on that tour, maybe on purpose. You know, they have some imagery on TVs, Waylon wears some paint, it's cool. But damn, their drummer and his hair flying around by a fan for some reason really did it to me. Jokes aside. This is a band I will seek out to see headline their own show. Angel on the Outside was the song I knew just by casually listening to rock/metal playlists and again. By far, not their best work. Just an amazing band with potential I can't wait to see unfold.

    Awesome show!

by Rick742 on 8/21/18House of Blues Cleveland presented by Cricket Wireless - Cleveland

Great show at a great venue.very laid back.beer prices were same as bar prices,6-7 dollar craft beers, not 15$ Budweiser’s like most places.alone and waiting had their best set yet, impending lies was really good, had a metal proposal(she said yes)on stage, then they come out of no where with a spot on journey cover.then the main event, the man of the hour Waylon freakin Reavis and a killers confession.ive seen all their Cleveland shows and while I really miss the original guys, the new line up is great.all very aproachable.hung out with Waylon and jp cross a lil before the show.great people.tommy church from mushroomhead fame on guitar,IMO shrooms best guitarist, looked like he was having the time of his life playing with Waylon again.they did some tenafly viper which was insane but the moment of the night for me was their cover of hurt.waylon being an old school nc redneck takes more of Johnny cashs version but a lil nin,and a whole lot of the powerful Waylon Reavis we all love.also Cleveland legend Jeffery hatrix aka Jeffery nothing was in the crowd and Waylon had some nice words for him.good to see schmotz and Jeff n Waylon n church together.cant wait to see them again
