Meet Jenna, a waitress and expert pie-maker who dreams of a way out of her small town and rocky marriage. Pouring her heart into her pies, she crafts desserts that mirror her topsy-turvy life such as "The Key (Lime) to Happiness Pie" and "Betrayed By My Eggs Pie." When a baking contest in a nearby county - and a satisfying encounter with someone new - shows Jenna a chance at a fresh start, she must find the courage to seize it. Change is on the menu, as long as Jenna can write her own perfectly personal recipe for happiness.
Brought to life by a groundbreaking, all-female creative team, this Tony Award-nominated hit features original music and lyrics by 6-time Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles ("Love Song," "Brave"), a book by acclaimed screenwriter Jessie Nelson (I Am Sam) and direction by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus (Pippin, Finding Neverland).
"Waitress is a little slice of heaven!" says Entertainment Weekly, and is "sweet, sassy and passionate," according to New York Magazine. Don't miss this uplifting and hilarious musical.

We enjoyed Waitress. The acting and voices were great. It was a cute story with good music but not a fabulous musical.
This was our first Broadway show and we loved it. Katharine McPhee did a terrific job, but Christopher Fitzgerald stole the show for us. We will definitely head to NYC again for a future show.
The show was excellent! Funny and touching all at the same time. Great performance!
Loved the show from begining to end. Great singers, story, and music.
Had the best time, really great seats and the show was moving as well as very humorous!
We had a great time seeing Waitress this past weekend. I have not laughed that hard in awhile and it was awesome. The singing, acting and choreography were all fabulous! Try and catch it before it leaves in January!
A fun experience all around. Funny, emotional, beautiful songs
Loved the lyrics & music! Cast all had wonderful voices!
Fantastic show! Katherine McPhee was amazing! The songs were energetic. The entire play was sooo unexpectedly fun and excellent. Would definitely see this show again!
I only asked my family to go see Waitress as it was closing soon, we had no idea the date we chose Katherine McPhee would be playing Jenna. We were totally blown away, the entire cast was phenomenal! Go see this wonderful show as soon as possible!
Waitress was good but not great. The music was pleasant but no real memorable song that I can point to. The cast performances were excellent but the real screen stealers are the supporting cast. They are wonderful.
I went to see this show with my 80+ year old mother, my sister, and my young tween daughters. We all loved it. The music was fantastic and the voices of the performers were beautiful. We loved the staging. So cool how the musicians would be on stage in various places depending on the scene. Our seats were way up, but could see and hear perfectly. The venue had headsets available for my mother to use as she is somewhat hearing impaired. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Fantastic Cast and performances! Loved every single minute of it!!!!!
Waitress was one of the most entertaining Broadway shows I’ve ever seen!
Fantastic performances and Sara Bareilles' music is amazing!
Ushers were very helpful with my friend who needed assistance with his walker. For the price I paid for Orchestra seats, the seats are still way too small, made for a child size, not adults. Very cramped. The show had more to be desired...was a little disappointed with the acting. The backdrops were perfect, singing was excellent but the acting needed help. It was a typical story of an unhappy waitress trying to get out of a dissatisfied yet volatile marriage besides working at the same Pie shop/restaurant the rest of her life, in order to pursue her dreams. Unexpected twist of her affair with her GYN while getting pregnant from her husband. Was a little disappointed. Also didn't understand one word in the singing from lead actress Katharine McPhee.
A wonderful, uplifting musical comedy that has been performed to packed houses for years. Such ahhh enjoyable show should share the same life span as some of the other Broadway shows. Ending the first week of January 2020, so if you have the opportunity go see this show.
Phenomenal acting, singing and dancing! Great message as well. I thought I saw a movie in 2007 with Keri Russell by the same name and sure enough I was right. I’m so glad we chose this movie for our holiday trip to Manhattan. Happy Holidays!
Waitress is absolutely Awesome! None of us in our party wanted the show to end! I have seen many shows on Broadway & this is definitely one of my favorites!
