Play was great. Wonderful singing and dancing.I would see it again.
In my opinion, the women out sang the men. Their voices were powerful. The male actors lacked passion and their voices were good but not powerful. Adult Simba was lacking chemistry with adult Nala.
Great musical.. the first half of the show was the best.. the scenes were well put together actors and actresses were just so talented! Just enjoyed this very much
I loved the Lion King it was awesome I will share my experience with my family and friends
I have been wanting to see the lion king for many years. We finally went to see it and it did not disappoint!! It was spectacular !
The Theatre is amazing, spectacular show. Best show ever
I may be biased but I found the show to be incredible. This music was moving, I enjoyed watching the characters come to life on the stage, and I adored the additions to the storyline. However, I had a harsh realization that I didn't handle Mufasa's death on stage any better than I did watching it in animation or IMAX 3D.
It was my second time watching this fabulous show. The show had a few changes. One of my favorite things was how the grass moved w the wind blowing the blades of grass amazing. For some reason this is one of the changes and no longer in the show. Though disappointed it did not diminish the excellence of the show.
I took my daughter's and grand daughter, totally mind blowing, wish I could see it again, it was Amazing best girl day ever.
I laughed. I cried. I was amazed. I can’t wait to see it again. Absolutely breathtaking, stunning and a magnificent performance of one of the best productions ever.
Unbelievable show my 6 year old Son was so amazed and thrilled. He Loved it so much couldn't stop talking about it for days. EXTREAMLY GREAT
From the beautiful sets and costumes, to the exceptional talent displayed though the music and athleticism of the dancers, to the many surprise entrances though the audience, to all of the beautiful shades of melanin that adorned the stage, this show was spectacular! They did a wonderful job of bringing a classic movie to life!
Still a lot of energy after all these years. Very imaginative animals, exciting dances, the drummers were grooving. Villain scar, and buddies Timon and pumba in top form. Same great score
Particularly the first half is truly amazing! It was a birthday gift for my 12 year old daughter, and I (dad) enjoyed it very much. The only negative I might say is the older Simba had awkward body movements throughout that were distracting... But still great.
very nice,I will definitely watch it again if I have the chance, thank you for your help.
The play was very dated. The performances of all the known songs were not as near excitying as the cartoon version. I know that everyone loved this show but my daughter and I left at intermission and we were not the only ones.
This has got to be the BEST show on Broadway!!! It’s entertaining from Beginning to End. The dancing, performance and animals were amazing. Great costumes that brought it all to life. I also LOVED the two musicians on the side of the theater. They added extra life to the show. Congratulations to all for an amazing performance!!!! ( I will be back to see it again and again 😉)
I took my wife and daughter and from beginning to end it was so engaging and exciting. The best lion king is truly the king of musical
I was completely impressed with the show. I can’t believe I waited this long to go to a Broadway Show.
Both my boyfriend and I enjoyed The Lion King very much. The music, the costumes and the energy of the cast made for a fantastic show!
