This show was amazing!!! I loved everything about it and highly recommend it...it a must see!
Lion King’s opening was great. Casts coming thru the audience was a nice experience. This made us looking for more! There some dull moments in the show where it became more of a story telling but I will still recommend it to others!
Cast was amazing. Beautiful voices. Thank you for finding your gifts and sharing them with the world!
The theater is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The show is wonderful. The sets and costumes are very creative. The music was very enjoyable. I'm glad I had the opportunity to attend the Lion King in New York!
Had a wonderful time at The Minskoff Theatre; went to Juniors to eat first which was RIGHT NECT DOOR; everything in walking distance, even parking; the evening was SO PLEASANT; Lion King was VERY GOOD; Theatre is a little tight; a lot of people squeezed into a small space, no elbow room; Sinbad could of been SO MUCH BETTER; no emotion in his acting; over all wonderful experience.
Highly recommended For anyone visiting NYC. This show exceeded my expectations.
Such a beautiful production! The theater was well organized and found our seats without a problem.
Best show I’ve seen and I’ve seen quite a few! Simply extraordinary!
Costumes and set were awesome. We found it dragged a bit in some scenes.
the sound, the light, the costume.... just wow and thanks you for this moment
The Lion King was absolutely spectacular. The costumes and staging were far better than I could have ever expected. I don’t imagine there’s a bad seat for this show since there is always so much to see on stage. I will say if you are in the last seat of a row on orchestra right, there are times you cannot see the performer because they are further back on the stage. Our entire group of 6 would all go see this show again, without question.
It was alright but felt a bit hyped up. Volume/sound in theater from mezzanine section does not appear to be best as I could not hear what was being said. I had C row center tix. Overall decent show but much better broadway shows there- alladin esp for kids
My expectations were high to begin with and wow did they blow me away still. The choreography and talent of every actor was amazing. I loved the creativity, skill and how they made Lion King come to life. It is an experience i will go to again... and the added bonus of having the performers come out and talk with the kids after was extra special ❤️❤️❤️
We had a great time seeing the Lion King for Kids Night on Broadway. Loved the drum circle and dance prior to show. Wish it was a little bit longer though. And the show was a true Disney experience "Magical"!
I saw this production 15 years ago and this week got to experience it with my boys (8 and 5yrs) on “Broadway Kids night”. It was even better this time around. It was one of those moments I’ll never forget; watching the awe on my boy’s faces. The little added touches for kids night made it special (Q&A, drumming experience before the show, and even the special announcement welcoming the children who’s first time at Broadway was that night! ). Thank you and bravo for such a spectacular show. Worth every penny! (And a shout out to the set and costume designers!!! They need kudos for this production!)
We have seen Lion King 3 times now and each time the shoe is more amazing. The cast wss great.
This is my second time seeking the Lion King. By far this is one of the classics that has etched its way into Greatness. The Theater is designed to accommodate children, adults, seniors... and whomever. The entire play is captivating and keeps you holding on to each moment of the story line.
Great show. The grandkids enjoyed the show especially when the performers enter the crowd. The pace of the show and story line were perfect for the young ones.
Absolutely amazing and breath taking! Would recommend anyone to go see it! So very worth every minute. The costumes, the scene....everything blew me away
Was the best show I’ve seen and I’ve seen many! Unbelievable talent and costumes.
