-

We drove 15 hours to see our beloved Chiefs, first time since 2011. Arrrowhead never disappoints! Awesome fans, awesome seats (bought tix in April😀), and the facilities, staff were kind and friendly. Need more porta-johns in the parking lot but the rest was ALLGOOD!!

We had a blast once we got there!

-

I had such a great time at the Chief's game. I swear there isn't a bad seat in the house! My friends and I enjoyed all the festivities. My only complaint is the parking. It took forever to get bast the gate entrance and people were driving around EVERYWHERE! Parked in the grass, blocking traffic lanes, no one directing people where to go after the gate. It was mayhem. Once we finally got parked though, all was well and we had a great time!

Met Dad’s needs

-

Great game. Go Chiefs. I greatly appreciate the staff taking care of dad’s needs. Big thank you to those in the ADA section for suggesting we trade tickets for seats in their area for dad then the care they gave him during the game. Great service.

Entry

-

You guys need to speed up entry a bit more. Not sure of a solution, but people are in line too long for the money. Enjoyed the venue and the game. Entry is terrible.

Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium

A trip to Arrowhead Stadium is bound to be a deafening one. As home to one of the world's most animated sports crowds, the stadium currently holds the Guinness World Record for the loudest collective roar at a whopping 142.2 decibels. It is an impressive feat, especially considering that the stadium is open-air. This enthusiasm is not to be confused with hostility, however, as Chiefscrowds are known to be notably warm and welcoming.

The food is tremendous, too. Either at Kansas City's lavish, pre-game tailgate parties or amongst the sea of red-clad fans inside the stadium, scrumptious options are everywhere. As its name suggests, the Loaded Potato Skin Burger uses potato skin buns covered in cheese, bacon and sour cream. Yum! The Arrowhead Biscuit offers a zany blend of breakfast delights loaded into one sandwich. Of course, no trip to Arrowhead is complete without a taste of the famous local barbeque.

Chiefs History

The Chiefs were founded as the Dallas Texans in 1959 by businessman, sports pioneer and American Football League founder Lamar Hunt. The team began playing in 1960 and moved to Kansas City three years later, prior to the 1963 season, and were renamed the Chiefs. In 1970, the club joined the NFL when it merged with the AFL. The team is still owned by the Hunt family and is led by Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt.

The team found success early on, earning a spot against the Green Bay Packers in the inaugural AFL-NFL Championship Game (eventually known as Super Bowl I) following the 1966 season. The team then went on to win its first AFL-NFL championship in Super Bowl IV against the Minnesota Vikings in January of 1970.

The organization has had 11 individuals inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame and has garnered five Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award winners – more than any other team – recognizing players for their off-field contributions.

Head Coach Andy Reid joined the team in 2013, and under his leadership, the Chiefs have made the playoffs in four of his five seasons and have won 53 regular season games. The club won back-to-back AFC West Division championships for the first time in franchise history following the 2016 and 2017 seasons.
