About

Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is one of America's most successful stand-up comedians performing to sold-out concerts around the world. He is also one of the most watched comedians on YouTube with almost a billion views and has over 25 million fans across social media.

In 2018, Iglesias was included in The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 40 Comedy Players" issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. The comedian has also had the distinct honor of being one of the few to headline and sell-out Madison Square Garden in New York, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Sydney Opera House in Australia.

Iglesias is the star and executive producer of Mr. Iglesias, the multi-cam, Netflix original comedy series, which is currently streaming Part 1-3. Iglesias plays a good-natured public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. He takes on teaching gifted but misfit kids to not only save them from being "counseled out" by a bully bureaucrat Assistant Principal, but also to help them unlock their full potential. In 2020, the show won best Primetime Comedy at The Imagen Awards, which recognizes positive portrayals of Latinx actors/actresses in the entertainment industry.

In addition to the Netflix comedy series, Iglesias penned a deal with Netflix to release his next two stand-up comedy specials for the streaming service. The first, titled One Show Fits All, was filmed in front of a sold-out audience at the Toyota Center in Houston and debuted in January 2019. The second, Stadium Fluffy premiered on October 18th on Netflix. The special was taped in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000 fans at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on May 6th and 7th, where Iglesias made history as the first comedian to perform at the iconic venue. Dodger Stadium is also the largest MLB stadium in the US.

Both of these specials are follow-ups to his highly successful 2016 special, I'm Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, which was filmed at the Allstate Arena in Chicago to two sold-out shows with a total of 20,000 fans in attendance.

Feature film credits include co-starring roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and A Haunted House 2. Gabriel's voice has been heard in many animated films including the recent Space Jam: A New Legacy as "Speedy Gonzales" streaming on HBOMAX. In 2017, Iglesias voiced the role of "Head Clerk" in Pixar's Academy Award nominated animated film Coco. He also voiced "Babo" in Ugly Dolls, "Rufus the Dog" in Sony's Golden Globe nominated animated holiday film The Star and "Cuatro" in Fox 20th Century Film's Academy Award nominated animated film Ferdinand. Gabriel is one of a handful of comedians with a theatrically released stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie.

On the small screen, Fluffy's Food Adventures, a non-scripted comedic docu-follow series completed a 3-season run on FUSE TV in 2017. Gabriel was a recurring guest star on the ABC sitcom Cristela, and also guest-starred in an episode of ABC's hit comedy Modern Family. Comedy Central aired Iglesias' hit series Stand-Up Revolution for 3 seasons. Comedy Central also aired Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy in an unprecedented two-night comedy special to over 15 million viewers. The special was a follow-up to his previous DVD specials, Hot & Fluffy and I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy, which have sold millions of copies.

Gabriel Iglesias is the youngest of six children, raised by a single mother in Long Beach, CA. It was during his childhood that he developed a strong sense of humor to deal with the obstacles he faced. In 1997, he set out to hone his comedic skills, and performed stand-up anywhere he could find an audience; including biker bars and hole-in-the-wall joints. Gabriel's stand-up comedy is a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal experiences to life. His unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.

    Fell a little short

by Hook3m on 5/27/24The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Don’t get me wrong. He is an awesome storyteller, but didn’t have us falling out of our seats. A couple of opening acts were funnier. The merchandizing bit and intermission was a turnoff.

If you've seen fluffy post covid then you saw already.

by #1 fluffy fan on 5/27/24The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas - Las Vegas

The openers were word for word from the last 2 tours and Gabriel's was pretty much the same. Iv seen fluffy for over a decade and with a new tour name usually means new material but this time it was not. I love fluffy and continue to go but was hoping for new jokes. If this is your first time definitely go, fluffy is always a good time.

Venue is amazing, and, with few exceptions, very family friendly.

    Lackluster

by Jay on 5/27/24Ball Arena - Denver

Have watched all of Fluffy’s YouTube shows and was super excited to see him in person! However, his Denver show was more like a Ted talk and not near as good as his You Tube videos. Guess I was hoping for his hilarious stories and voice imitations. The two opening comedians weren’t very funny either. Kind of a blah evening.

    Fluffy

by Miss carri on 5/24/24Ball Arena - Denver

I enjoyed the comics, especially Gabriel. The location where they had the event kinda sucked though, seats are made small so u are squished like sardines if ur next to a bigger person, but besides that was fun.

    Awesome Show!!!

    by Venny B on 5/23/24

This was our third time seeing Fluffy live, second time at the Rio Rancho event center. Security got us in quickly and we were row 19 from the stage. As always Fluffy did not disappoint. My husband and I enjoyed it. Matthew Golytley and Martiiiinnn were hilarious, the local comedian Anthony A from Albuquerque was okay. Overall, it was an awesome show. I just wish Fluffy would do meet and greets.

    Few word from my experience.

by Los on 5/23/24Ball Arena - Denver

I bought tickets for the show thinking it was going to be a show I could bring my family to then found out it was mostly people with hateful intentions just to laugh at jokes about guns, A family shouldn't be having a talk about a gun from a comedy show

    Great Comedy Horrible Audience

by Miss Linda on 5/23/24Ball Arena - Denver

The comedians were fantastic! The people sitting around me were horrible. They were drunk when they arrived, spoke loudly to each other, and had telephone conversations throughout the entire performance, spilled drinks causing a small pond of beer deep enough to soak my feet. The venue spoiled the evening at least for my section of the arena.

    Long Disappointing Night

by Sally on 5/23/24Ball Arena - Denver

I think Gabriel Iglesias has seen better days doing stand up. He had 3 openers, one of which was his BFF Martin who was okay. The other two openers were just awful. The show was supposed to start at 8 and they started at 815 with 3 openers then did a 25 minutes intermission after that!! It was ridiculous waiting that long, and Gabriel didn't come out on stage until 930! An hour and a half after the show was supposed to start. His part of the show was mediocre but WAY too long. He was on stage for two hours and could've trimmed it down to an hour and 15-30 minutes. The 2 people sitting next to me even fell asleep. So everyone ended up wasting their energy on the 3 horrible openers and Gabriel wasn't that great anyway. I don't think I'd see him again, but glad I know for next time.

    Disappointing

by New Yorker in Colorado on 5/22/24Ball Arena - Denver

Gabriel was one of my most favorite comedians. I loved him & his comedic ways. This was my 3rd show of his & to say disappointing would be a good description. He has become soooo self promoting during his shows that it's annoying. It used to be endearing but it's so over the top now. He also repeated so much material that he used in his previous show that we saw. One of his openers used the exact same set as the last time we saw him. It was funny the 1st time but just lame to see it again word for word. He could have mixed in some new material. Just so disappointing for the amount of money we spent for good floor seats. We won't be going to any more of his shows.

    Hilarious!

by Dcakes on 5/22/24Ball Arena - Denver

The openers went from funny to get the crowd excited, to less funny which got us really ready for them to get off the stage so Fluffy can come out. Gabriel Iglesias himself was hilarious! I have seen him twice live and has a wonderful presence. Great crowd work and personalable to the city he is in by relating. I like that it's comedy and doesn't go into the gray areas of topics. Totally worth the money spent.

    Incredible, hysterical and heart warming

by Sammi on 5/22/24Ball Arena - Denver

I knew we would be laughing a lot but we got much much more! Fluffy is hysterical, however, he has a warm heart and you leave the venue that makes you think about life and people in general! I thought I liked Gabriel before the show, and after, I love he and his heart! Thank you Gabriel for a fantastic experience…..
