It has been more than ten years since Celtic Woman first captured America's imagination with its self-titled first public television special. That historic concert performance launched a genuine cultural phenomenon, introducing millions of new fans to the group's fresh fusion of traditional Irish music, contemporary studio craft and state-of-the-art stage production.
Since then, Celtic Woman's evocative, uplifting music has touched the hearts of a devoted audience that spans the globe. In addition releasing CDs and DVDs that have become multi-platinum best-sellers, the group has continued to perform in front of capacity crowds on a series of sold-out concert tours.
Having been named Billboard magazine's World Albums Artist of the Year six times, Celtic Woman is a one-of-a-kind musical entity that showcases four gifted young Irish women: three world-class vocalists and a brilliant Celtic violinist, whose talent and charisma help to bring centuries of musical and cultural tradition to vibrant life in the group's recordings and concert performances.
My son and I both thoroughly enjoyed the entire show. It was fantastic.
Very good performance but not as good as it used to be years ago.
The ladies and their voices were beautiful and graceful. We understood very few of their lyrics, probably because of the overly loud Instruments. The small number of the troop made it less magical. Disappointed that there was so little Dancing. Was looking forward to that. It was not bad by any means but so much could have been improved.
Probably the best show that I have ever attended. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance and would definitely go back when they return to this area.
Took my daughter and granddaughter to this fabulous show. We all loved it! Amazing talent and production.
PERFORMANCE WAS AWESOME!! So many talented singers, dancers, and musicians! Loved it!!
I have loved the Celtic sound for many years. I’ve listen to Celtic Woman other versions of Celtic music, and when I saw that the Celtic Woman was coming to Biloxi Mississippi, which was very close to where I live , I just could not resist. I bought these tickets right before Christmas but I saved them until my wife’s birthday was in April and my birthday is in April also, we just made a birthday weekend on the Mississippi gulf coast. The show was fabulous! We had fun, fun fun. The music was outstanding. The women were beautiful and their dancing was right on point. I thoroughly enjoyed my concert of Celtic woman. Thank you.
What an enjoyable concert. The latest generation of Celtic Women is talented and the voices exceptional. The musicians and support singers are multi-talented. Our third Celtic Woman concert we’ve attended in the last several years. This version of. Celtic Women did not disappoint.
My mom and I had seen a tv special of Celtic Woman several years ago and it was great. So, I bought tickets to take her to the concert in Birmingham. We sat through the first few songs and got up and left. The music was super loud and drowned out the singers. We could not understand the singers at all. The Irish dancers only stood on stage and “twirled” around. We were very disappointed with the whole experience 🥹
CW is always a treat. The performances are energetic, exciting and enchanting. However, it seems that the acoustics are not up to par. I was on the floor and the sound was muffled at time. Barring that it was a great show.
This is one of the Greatest performances that you will ever see on the live stage! If you are ever a fan of live music or concerts in general, regardless of the style and the performer, this is the concert for you. The history coming to life was incredible! The roots of all music is expressed in a magical performance that is unforgettable. Truly one of the greatest concerts I have ever been to. Marry me Emma!
If you’re into some fantasized sanitized version of Ireland then you’ll probably enjoy this show. Otherwise stay well clear of it! The singers and musicians are talented but the choreography is obviously geared towards an American audience that doesn’t have a clue about Ireland.
The show was wonderful!! Very relaxing and enjoyable. Always love their performances.
What could be better than an evening of Irish music? The 20th Anniversary tour of Celtic Woman! Beautiful music, angelic voices, lovely costumes and dancing as well. What a beautiful way to spend an evening with my husband, daughter and our son in law.
Very beautiful women with angelic voices! The group of men who played instruments were excellent especially the bagpipes. The tap dances and drumming sequence was fun to watch. We were in awe when Amazing Grace was preformed. Thanks to BJCC for a wonderful evening.
My autistic daughter, and I enjoyed the dance, the drums, the bagpipes, and the Italian opera. The dresses were amazing and the voices were beautiful as well as the elegant dancing. We will see them whenever they are back in town again.
I really enjoyed the Celtic women performance. The show felt magical. I loved how the women wore beautiful dresses and told stories of each song they performed and how much it meant to them. The performance felt very personable. I can’t wait until the next tour.
First the Celtic Woman were great, their song selection was a mix of Irish and classics. The level of the music was too loud espically the drums. The most distracting was the lighting bright lights at the audience and spot lights at the audience. This was a music performance not a dam rock concert.
Enjoyed the evening with my wife. Voices were spectacular and the band was fabulous. Great show!
Just a great fun show I've never seen them but wanted to finally got to
