About

It has been more than ten years since Celtic Woman first captured America's imagination with its self-titled first public television special.  That historic concert performance launched a genuine cultural phenomenon, introducing millions of new fans to the group's fresh fusion of traditional Irish music, contemporary studio craft and state-of-the-art stage production.

Since then, Celtic Woman's evocative, uplifting music has touched the hearts of a devoted audience that spans the globe.  In addition releasing CDs and DVDs that have become multi-platinum best-sellers, the group has continued to perform in front of capacity crowds on a series of sold-out concert tours.

Having been named Billboard magazine's World Albums Artist of the Year six times, Celtic Woman is a one-of-a-kind musical entity that showcases four gifted young Irish women: three world-class vocalists and a brilliant Celtic violinist, whose talent and charisma help to bring centuries of musical and cultural tradition to vibrant life in the group's recordings and concert performances.

Didn’t live up to my expectations

by Connie sue on 4/30/24Beau Rivage Theatre - Biloxi

Well most is hard to understand. Not their fault. The Ireland accent. I was actually hoping to hear more than just 4 ladies and really wanted to hear a harp, but in all fairness the redhead that played the fiddle was fantastic

    I was enchanted!

by Di on 4/30/24Beau Rivage Theatre - Biloxi

The music (including bagpipes!), the dancing, and especially the songs they chose that were sung with voices of angels, made this performance almost magical. When the performers get TWO standing ovations DURING the performance, you know the audience loved it!!

    Very entertaining!

by Nannydeb on 4/30/24Beau Rivage Theatre - Biloxi

I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t all sing together very much like the last time we saw them, but they have the voices of angels and I love to see them perform. Musicians and dancers also superb!

Very good performance but not as good as it used to be years ago.

    Hard to hear

by GiGi on 4/29/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - Memphis

The ladies and their voices were beautiful and graceful. We understood very few of their lyrics, probably because of the overly loud Instruments. The small number of the troop made it less magical. Disappointed that there was so little Dancing. Was looking forward to that. It was not bad by any means but so much could have been improved.

Probably the best show that I have ever attended. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance and would definitely go back when they return to this area.

    Great show!

by MJ on 4/29/24Beau Rivage Theatre - Biloxi

I have loved the Celtic sound for many years. I’ve listen to Celtic Woman other versions of Celtic music, and when I saw that the Celtic Woman was coming to Biloxi Mississippi, which was very close to where I live , I just could not resist. I bought these tickets right before Christmas but I saved them until my wife’s birthday was in April and my birthday is in April also, we just made a birthday weekend on the Mississippi gulf coast. The show was fabulous! We had fun, fun fun. The music was outstanding. The women were beautiful and their dancing was right on point. I thoroughly enjoyed my concert of Celtic woman. Thank you.

by Bo on 4/29/24BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

What an enjoyable concert. The latest generation of Celtic Women is talented and the voices exceptional. The musicians and support singers are multi-talented. Our third Celtic Woman concert we’ve attended in the last several years. This version of. Celtic Women did not disappoint.

    Not what we expected

by MrsD on 4/28/24BJCC Concert Hall - Birmingham

My mom and I had seen a tv special of Celtic Woman several years ago and it was great. So, I bought tickets to take her to the concert in Birmingham. We sat through the first few songs and got up and left. The music was super loud and drowned out the singers. We could not understand the singers at all. The Irish dancers only stood on stage and “twirled” around. We were very disappointed with the whole experience 🥹

    Sound Makes The Show

by Frls1 on 4/28/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - Memphis

CW is always a treat. The performances are energetic, exciting and enchanting. However, it seems that the acoustics are not up to par. I was on the floor and the sound was muffled at time. Barring that it was a great show.

It was the worst form of Disneyfied Plastic Paddery

by Genuine Irishman on 4/28/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - Memphis

If you’re into some fantasized sanitized version of Ireland then you’ll probably enjoy this show. Otherwise stay well clear of it! The singers and musicians are talented but the choreography is obviously geared towards an American audience that doesn’t have a clue about Ireland.

What could be better than an evening of Irish music? The 20th Anniversary tour of Celtic Woman! Beautiful music, angelic voices, lovely costumes and dancing as well. What a beautiful way to spend an evening with my husband, daughter and our son in law.
