The Head and the Heart in Concert
With an infectious style that combines folk, country, pop, and smart songwriting, Seattle, Washington's The Head and The Heart have earned a reputation as a consummate live act, charming concertgoers with their layered arrangements and intricate vocal harmonies. In 2013, the band released their most confident and mature album to date, Let's Be Still, featuring lead single "Shake," an indie folk stomper that perfectly captures the energy of the band's live performances. After meeting at various open mic nights around Seattle, the band officially formed in 2009, touring the Pacific Northwest before releasing their self-titled 2010 debut album. The buzz of that album attracted the interest of several labels, and the band ultimately signed to Sub Pop Records, who re-released The Head and The Heart LP in April 2011 with additional material including "Down In The Valley, "Lost in My Mind," and "Rivers and Roads." The band toured widely throughout 2010 and 2011 as a supporting act for Dave Matthews, Death Cab For Cutie, and The Decemberists, also headlining their own shows before returning to the studio to record their sophomore album. On tour in 2013, the band impressed ticket buyers with their eclectic live concerts, leading audiences through foot-stomping sing-alongs of the indie folk anthems they've become known for.
The Head and the Heart will release their four studio album called Living Mirage on May 17, 2019. They start touring in the summer of 2019 with 39 dates in support of the new album along with the alternative rock band Hippo Campus on select dates.

This was my third time to see the Head and the Heart in concert and as always they do an amazing job performing.
It was a fantastic concert!!! The band was engaging and sounded spectacular live!!! Really enjoyed all the show has to offer and loved seeing them for the first time đ€©
Oh wow⊠even better live than I imagined. And of course to be in the great venue of the Orpheum where truly every spot is a good one. Then them finishing the tour in Nola cause they feel itâs a special place. Saw a couple band members after in front of theatre and conveyed to them what a great show. Incredible
The word âperformanceâ is not correct to describe this, it was more like being amongst a group of friends singing songs that youâve enjoyed for years. THATH sound exactly like their recordings and are so engaging during their show. Itâs hands down one of the best bands Iâve had the opportunity to experience in concert.
Great show, visuals, and audio were all wonderful. Good drinks too.
The Head and the Heart was absolutely amazing! The sounded great live and the lighting really added to the experience. Iâm so glad I had the chance to see them when they came close to where I live. Iâll definitely see them again if they come our way another time!
We were front row, I took my daughter two stepdaughters All three are 8! They had the time of their life it was my second time seeing the head and the heart . Truly the best show.
Wow, THATH were on fire at this show! Great energy, sounded great (not too loud), just an all-around perfect show. I only wish they'd played longer!
The Head and The Heart was amazing as always. However this was not a great venue for them. It felt closed in (especially in section 103) and the acoustics were off...at times it was so loud we were holding our ears. We have seen them elsewhere and enjoyed the show much more. I hope the visit an outdoor venue like PNC Pavillion on their next trip in town. We don't plan to see them at Andrew Brady Venue in the future.
The band was amazing as always...can't wait to see them again very soon. I really like the venue as well, this was my second show there and I had a great time. The sound, the view, and the people are all great.
