Zac Brown Band is a multi-platinum, Grammy-winning southern rock group fronted by founder and vocalist Zac Brown. After breaking out with their 9-times platinum hit "Chicken Fried” from debut album The Foundation in 2008, Zac Brown Band has released six studio albums, three EPs, and three live albums. The band have secured 17 Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 8 of which landed at No. 1. In addition to Brown, the band’s current lineup includes Jimmy De Martini, John Driskell Hopkins, Coy Bowles, Chris Fryar, Clay Cook, Matt Mangano, Daniel de los Reyes, and Caroline Jones, many of whom play multiple instruments within the ensemble. The Zac Brown Band did not disappoint. We even got treated to a few of their new songs from their new CD being released this coming week. Would have like if they would have performed along the sides of the stage at times rather then in the center thru the whole show.
Excellent concert and would recommended this to anyone who enjoys real musicians.
I know our group was a little disappointed. Way too long between 2nd warm up band and ZBB. Played too many slow songs and I have no idea why they would play songs like Sweet Emotion by Aerosmith. Lots of songs I wanted to hear that they did not play. I loved the energy of the group and each musician was allowed to shine. I love ZBB but it could have been better.
Not so good - he didn't play enough of his popular songs :(

The only reason I'm not giving this concert 5 stars is there was almost an hour delay when the heat index was 100+. And no "sorry" or explanation from anyone. This concert was held at Milwaukee Summerfest which is HUGE so there might of been problems with that. Other than that....awesome music, sound, etc. Zack Brown is tremendous!! Have never been a huge country fan, my husband is, but I'm going to stand outside of the Today Show next week in NYC to see them again! LOVED THEM!! Their own music is really well written and soulful and they do a few covers as well which are great. I would highly recommend to anyone who just appreciates good music any genre and much talented musicians!
I bought these tickets for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it! Bands seemed to favor the middle or right side (bands left) of the stage. Was a little disappointed that if were a young girl the members of the bands seemed to favor you but in all it was an awesome performance. I really liked Sonia Leigh, wishing I would've bought her CD while I was there. Blackberry Smoke, or is it Blueberry? I don't remember. Didn't care too much for them. There music sounded all the same and we couldnt understand them. Defiantly see Zac Brown Band again and Sonia Leigh!!!
My wife and I are huge country fans and go to about every concert that comes within an hour or 2 drive, but ZBB had never fit in the schedule in the past. We got tickets with a bunch of friends to summerfest to finally see them live! We both left less than impressed (actually walked out of the concert early). Concert opened with Keep Me In Mind, but then immediately went to a song from the new album that no one knew. What a way to lose momentum. I understand there is a new album coming out, and the need to "market" it, but too much of it too soon. Concert continued to lose us every few minutes as covers and unknowns were spread evenly amongst the hits. Even a 20 minute wait for restrooms did not cause us to miss any of the hits! Finally gave up when the saxophone solo took over. Really, a sax solo (and my wife was a college saxophone player!) A couple of our friends stayed longer, but then said they left when the encore started with a drum solo. Enough with the solos! Overall, what looked to be a nightlong party with friends and ZBB ended up not really that fun. Glad we did not "pay up" for really good seats, we would have felt even more disappointed!

Zac Brown Band put on a great show. I love the fact that they focus on the music and capabilities of the band. Great solos and the addition of the saxophone was memorable. A hot night in Milwaukee, but ZBB entertains the whole time they are on stage.
Show itself was awesome 2 hours of high energy, crystal clear excitement and you can't help but love ZBB. The 45 minute dead time after Blackberry smoke and before ZBB show was unbearable in the extreme heat we were experiencing. That was exasperating and unacceptable. Someone should have made an adjustment

The fiddle player is "Devil went down to Georgia" good! Some amazing instrumental talent in this band. You will not regret buying tickets to this show!
This display of incredible ability by a few of the most talented musicians on tour left me in total awe. While I love the songs we all know, the jam sessions really displayed the versatility of these guys. I melted with every fiddle solo, Jimmy, (especially the slow melodies) and with the golden voice of Zac and the perfect harmony and balance of his group. While the barn dance craziness was a change up from other concerts, it fit the guys, and showed their relationship and dedication to their music & each other. I can't say enough about how well they made it all work, including the presentation of the song just written on the bus! The little session where they just all sat together was cozy and showed us how comfortable they are just making their music. God bless y'all for including your patriotism in this great show as well. I've never been to another one like it and will long remember this EXCELLENT show.
Amazing show from beginning to end. These boys are some of the most talented in any genre of music and their ability to deliver live experiences like our Summerfest 2012 experience is unmatched.
