Concert was of course great but venue was not.

by Kym on 11/7/21The Canyon Montclair - Montclair

Concert of course great but venue was not. Aesthetically it was beautiful. I bought a ticket at a front table and when you purchase a table seating you have to buy dinner, which was fine. I got there a little before 7:00 and ordered my dinner which was a nice filet mignon $49 which is okay and when I got my meal, 2 minutes later the band started so I stopped eating cuz I don't want to sit and eat while the band's playing. Not one single waitress came to ask if I wanted some water or a drink. They did say that there's a two drink minimum when I entered but the way the tables were seated I couldn't get out because there was the crowd of people all around us so I'd have to fight my way through a crowd to go to the bar. Also since I didn't eat my dinner I wanted to take it home. There was not one person that came afterwards to give me a to-go box. So not wanting to waste my filet mignon, I just grabbed my steak and threw it in my purse with a napkin.

Band WAS GREAT , more casual than we’re used to

by Holly on 11/7/21The Canyon Montclair - Montclair

Venue was meh. Food was cold and expensive prime rib, low quality- tiny tiny salad- no drinks served to tables - not even water- and my creme brûlée burnt - $29 chicken was good, per my friend- but dinner tab for 5 was $240 (included 15% tip?? For dropping off the cold food, completely unaware of who ordered what, and not clearing the dishes until AFTER the band played - stuck my arm on my plate while clapping- yuck! )almost $350 for the 5 of us to HAVE the table - as almost $100 for 5 in additional charges , above the approx $50 each ticket price - so to summarize - y&t was GREAT AS ALWAYS- paid $700 for 5 of us to see them and have meh dinner at the mall

    Y&T + Voodoo Lounge = Awesome

by Mr. Pygg on 3/11/20VooDoo at Harrah's Kansas City - Kansas City

Been a Y&T fan for over 30 years, 1st time experiencing them live. They played for almost 2 hours, all their great songs. Heavier than any of their recordings. At 66, Dave Meneketti still rocks! Aaron Leigh's bass playing sounded like Iron Maiden or Dio. First time at Voodoo Lounge also; everything about it was great. You have a clear view of the stage from anywhere in the venue, the bathrooms are close & spotless (with real toilet paper even). If you are a smoker, there is an outside smoking area, near the rest rooms. Double bars, either side of floor area. Prices are on par with any KC bar. At $53 for 2 tickets, better value than some $200 concerts i have attended.

    Y & T are Rock Masters

by Ray on 3/8/20VooDoo at Harrah's Kansas City - Kansas City

The Venue is a great place to see a show. The sound is extraordinary and the beverages aren't overly priced. The band was phenomenal. I would see them play anytime they came around where I live. They played for almost 2 hours and rocked the house.

    most excellent

by savarulz on 3/8/20VooDoo at Harrah's Kansas City - Kansas City

Y&T once again blew me away. As they say " it was a face melter". If you've never seen them, you're missing out. For a band that's been rocking since 1974, they haven't missed a beat.

    Best live classic rock band.

by Dave on 3/8/20VooDoo at Harrah's Kansas City - Kansas City

These guys are great. It was a poor crowd turn out. I think it wasn’t advertised at all. I listen to the top 2 rock/classic rock stations in the area and never heard about it. I am a fan of the band and had an internet heads up so I knew about it.

    Y&T at Ludlow

    by C. C. on 3/5/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

What a great venue. Had a thoroughly wonderful time. As usual Y&T put on a smoking hot flawless two hour set....And Ludlow just had this awesome really cool old-school vibe. It was well worth the trip across the country from California

    A must see band

by JimmyBob on 3/2/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Venue is fantastic for seeing said event and any event that plays there. I was not happy with my seat selection and could have had better seats, people paid much less and had front row which i did not.

    Well worth the wait

    by M. H. on 3/1/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Sitting is mandatory in this venue but when you are in the 2nd row that is not bad. These guys haven't been in town in about 30 years and I was pleased to finally see Y & T. They were marvelous and I am thrilled to have seen this band because they were flawless.

    Y&T Cincinnati

by Gabes on 3/1/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

I haven’t seen these guys since 1985 and, though Dave M is the only original still alive, he leads a band that hasn’t missed a beat. He can still belt out his tunes and shred his guitar. His band mates are terrific and the show is great.

One of the greatest hard working American bands!

by GlennG on 3/1/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Y & T are one of the few bands from the 70s/80s that still sounds as good as ever. Dave Meniketti is timeless both on vocals and guitar. The venue has an odd layout but the sound mix was very good and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely go back.

    Y&T

by RON on 3/1/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Dave Meniketti is arguably one of the most underrated musicians in Rock. I have been waiting over 37 years to see Y&T live and they did not dissapoint. Dave's vocals were spot on and the sound was impeccable. My only negative comment is that the venue layout was kind of weird. There were stadium seats across the aisles and this should have been a standing room/GA show as point of views were blocked by people and columns.

    Y&T Kicks A$$!

by Blackdog on 3/1/20Ludlow Garage Cincinnati - Cincinnati

Y&T has been bringing it since 1974, and they didn't disappoint. Dave Meniketti sounded awesome! His singing and playing hasn't lost a bit over the years. Everyone who loved the 80's rock scene should try to see Y&T. Dave has a great band playing with him and you will be glad you had experience!

by Doc on 2/21/20Baltimore Soundstage - Baltimore

I first saw Dave with the original lineup 35 years ago. The man is amazing. As always, he puts on an amazing show, and the rest of the band is great.

    Powerful show

by Iwannarock on 2/4/203TEN Austin City Limits Live - Austin

Long lasting talent. Y&T put on a great show, which is their standard. They performed “Lucy” from 10, which was spot on. Dialogue with the audience was excellent.

    Great Concert

by Shelbs on 2/3/203TEN Austin City Limits Live - Austin

The venue was really nice with great acoustics. Y&T rocked the place with so many great songs in their catalog. Only negative was the two drunk guys. My dad almost got into a fight with one and he angered another couple by continuously bumping us. Similar with the other guy. I wish a cap was put on their drinks. Otherwise, killer show.
