Willie Nelson Tickets

No razzle dazzle last night. Willie was just good ol' Willie, playing all the standards. Weather turned out to be almost perfect, and Mud Island Amphitheatre is without question the finest venue in the area for a concert of the type. While this was my first time to see Willie Nelson in concert, my friend had seen him many years ago with her two sons, then just boys. She loved the concert but lamented that the years and all the publicized stresses in his life seem to had taken it's toll on his energy. I just enjoyed the music and being able to sing along with the rest of the crowd. We arrived a little late but did get to hear some of the warm-up group, who did do some jammin' that got us, well, warmed-up. In total we had a great time including the side show of watching the rest of the older age, mostly white crowd act like excited, but reserved, teens again for a few hours ...whole lotta shakin' but no one got crazy. For us both we will count this among the many benchmarks of our long, rich relationship.

One of the biggest names in all of music, Willie Nelson still puts on a great show. Go get tickets, it's well worth it!!!

Willie was excellent. I wish he would have been the whole show. Wish he had some more shows in Texas by himself and his band. Just want to listen to him.

I saw willie nelson so the first time this past summer, and it was worth every penny! never in my life have i seen a better concert! he is a legend!

it was fantastic !!! not a bad seat in the house. NO BREAKS just straight WILLIE !!!! WE loved his song SUPERMAN !!!! He needs to put it on next CD he releases !!! A true showman!!

i joined the willie fan club, just so i could get pre-sale tickets,to have better seating. to my dismay, my friends had better seating then i did and they got their tickets 2 weeks later than i did.so joining the fan club was a waste of my money. willie talked much of his songs instead of singing them. this was very disappointing concert for me.

I really enjoyed the show I only wish that I could have been closer to the front. Willie always sings with such ease and meaning. I could listen to him all night. I have played his Romantic Song Album in my car ever since the show. Several of the songs on the album have special meaning to me. The venue was great and I am thankful that I did not have to sit in the rain LOL but I would have just to listen to Willie.

I thought for the money it could have been a little longer.He played a lot of great songs, always love Willie.

This was one of the best concerts we have seen in a long time. It was just good old country music at its best. Willie played and sang the whole time with no intermission.

Willie is an icon!!! My husband and I were very excited to be going to see Willie, our niece and nephew went with us (they are mid thirties) and were like yeah we will go see Willie with you. Well after seeing him that is all any of us have talked about! We were also lucky enough to see Willie the afternoon of his show in the motel parking lot, he was very friendly and talked and took time for pictures with us. Then at show time he comes on stage and for 90 minutes performs like a guy half his age! The crowd just loved him!!! He threw bandanas out to the crowd and waved and smiled for pictures. I could just go on and on about how much we enjoyed his show. It was a lifetime opportunity!

Willie, after all his years of performing, is still interested in giving his fans their money's worth. He played the entire time. Song after song with no breaks. By the end, most of his fans had made it to the stage to listen up close and personal. Others stood in the back and danced to his music. The concert gave you the feeling of him and his band playing in a small town honky tonk. Very laid back.

I loved the Willie Nelson Concert soooo much!!! I also attended the concert @ Slugger Field with Willie, John Mellencamp & Bob Dylan, it was also a fantastic show!!!

Willy was awesome! Very entertaining. He is truely a country icon. The facility at Horseshoe was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Not too crowded so the environment was comfortable...you weren't shoulder to shoulder with the people next to you. If he comes back to Horseshoe I will definitely buy tickets again and invite all my friends.

Willie was awesome, the crowd was great. the weather was perfect for a Willie setting! the drinks were flowing, the crowd packed in and let Willie do his thing!

Willie and his band was in top form. Played song after song. It was a very enjoyable night of entertainment. We especially liked the fact that there was "No Smoking" at the outside concert. (+++++)

We had fifth row seats on the end of isle, Willie could of spit on us. My husband is the big fan of our family so he was so excited! Was disappointed he didn't stick around as he usually did to play "one more", "one more", "one more".

This man sounded just like he always has. Hasnt lost a beat. He pointed at me and acknowledged me.....truly was amazing being to a willie show. i definately want to go back. he played forever

Watching Willie interact with the fans was a special treat. He seems to be so humble and gives of his time during his performance to acknowledge fans and even sign a few autographs! I have seen him in a few concerts and he always seems to be the same guy from concert to concert. The whole experience from ticketing, travel, and the concert is something that i would encourage anyone to explore.
