this is the second time I have seen this production. I was not let down! I absolutely loved the performance! I can't believe this Musical is 10years old and shows no signs of stopping!

You just can't go wrong with Wicked. It's a fun, exciting show that only gets better the more you see it.
Been to Broadway in NYC, St. Louis, and 4 performances over the years in Chicago. Broadway in NYC had better staging but the actors in Chicago's performance on Nov. 2nd 2013 were the absolute, hands down best!!!
Had the pleasure of being able to see Wicked for my birthday on opening night in Chicago during it's 10th year anniversary of being on Broadway. This was my 3rd time seeing the Wicked show and still I was so excited!! Previous viewing were in a small communities performance art center, this was my first time in a major city. The rest of my bday goers had never seen the performance, but were quick to jump when I mentioned I wanted to see it for my BDay. Why? Because I love the the show and the music so much, listening to the soundtrack is a very common occurrence for me, and trying to keep quite during the show was very hard. This really is a MUST see. Even for those that don't care to see theater, you all know the story of the Wizard of Oz and this ties in perfectly and makes it easily enjoyable by anybody. There's action, romance, comedy and great music. I have never meet any person that didn't enjoy the show. (or even want to see it again)
Great performance! The cast and the vocals were amazing! The story line could be a bit better, but the acting certainly makes up for that. My only complaint is that the ushers were acting like they are drill sergeants in the army.
This show was awesome! !!!! Story was amazing, actors were so talented, props were beautiful, and music and dancing were wonderful to. I didn't want the magic to end. Could watch this over and over. I just loved it!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely loved it, amazing like always, the oriental theatre alone is always worth a trip to, and Wicked is an amazing story, the experience was great!
I can't believe I waited all these years to see Wicked. It was far better than what I had anticipated and my only regret is not seeing this play on Broadway when Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth played Elfie and Glinda. I've heard mixed reviews on this play and I should've just saw it for myself because I have been missing out. This play immediately lead me to itunes to buy the soundtrack.
Was a great show and theatre! I'm only giving it a four as I do feel like some of the voices felt a bit weak to me. That being said, I would see the show again in a heartbeat.

WOW!!! What a GREAT performance! The cast was really engaged and at their peek. I believe they brought their A Game to the stage. Audience was very appreciative and encouraging for the cast. The Oriental Theatre was on top of every detail.
Wicked is an amazing production on so many levels. The writing, the acting, the music, the singing, the sets, the costumes, the Theatre, and everything else except for the price was magnificent. The ticket was a bit overpriced, but I got over it. ;)
Surprisingly not a melodious production. Most songs were screeching and not pleasing to the ear. The one saving factor was the character of Galinda. Story line was confusing--- not clear whether witch was good or evil and how did she become alive again.
Sound was bad, waaaay to many songs that went on way too long.
Wicked was a spectacular show! It's a show I highly recommend to all Wizards of Oz fans. The untold story was great, special effects, cast, and costumes were amazing!
It is fun to see how the different actors portray the roles. Glinda was hysterical and her voice was huge.

I haven't been to many musicals, but this one stands out among the ones I have had the pleasure of watching as one of the best. There's a reason this show has been so long running and so popular: because it's great! The performances from the leads, the musical numbers, the set pieces -- all of it is fantastic. Highly recommended that you catch this show while it's in town, because you may have to wait another couple of years for it to return again.
The show is fun and entertaining. Oriental theater is beautiful inside. We were seated in balcony row R center. The seats were high up but stage view was clear and good. I think any seat would be good in this theater.
