Took photos with the cast they did an amazing job I loved it.

  • Horrible

by Wendy on 2/16/25Rating: 1 out of 5

I attended the 2:30 pm showing in Memphis, TN, the play was late starting, they started over 3 times, due to audio problems. I can't believe the price they charged to see this play, they need to refund everyone at least half for their tickets. If this play comes to your town DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  • Great Play & Talented Performers!

by Lakeasha on 5/15/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

My mother and I enjoyed seeing this play on Mother's Day! The themes were realistic and relatable. The singing was amazing!! I did not like the ending of the play; however, I had a wonderful experience!

  • Entertaining

by Smokey on 5/15/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 3 out of 5

The play was entertaining. The singing was great; short, sweet, and melodious. Of course, Patrice Lovely and Jennifer Holiday were the highlights for the play. Not being dismissive of the talented cast as a whole but I'm not quite sure how successful the play would be without their participation.

  • When A Woman's Fed Up

by Boo on 5/14/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The stage play started off bad with the sound (barely able to hear some artists). All and all it was a Pretty good play and my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves. Patrice Lovely set the sound folks straight.

  • Not worth the ticket price

by SC on 5/14/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 2 out of 5

This play starts on time, so get there a few minutes early to get your snacks and seat. Patrice Lovely is ha-he, hilarious and getting to see Jennifer Holiday belt out a song is a treat. That is the end of all things good. The played out gospel songs with the over the top runs wore me out. I have seen better plays at high school performances. Totally ridiculous for the price. This play is a hard pass.

  • Not what I expected

by Jack on 5/14/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 2 out of 5

The play was not as great as I expected. The music choice was good. Stage play itself no. The story lines all just did not match up.

  • The play was just ok to me!

by Dsg on 5/14/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 3 out of 5

The screens did not transition smoothly. Some of the actors vocals weren't good to me. The one stage set up and ane back drop was boarding.

  • When A Women Is Fed Up!!!

by Nette! on 5/13/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The play started on time. The audience was not pleased! Because, we could not hear the actors! I feel as though you suppose to have sound check on point before the audience arrive. It took like 30 minutes or so! Not good! The play was Awesome 👏🏿 though once the sound was on for us all to hear. We truly enjoyed!

  • Terrible

by Bri on 5/13/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 1 out of 5

The Audio was off the entire play. The music was too loud and the mics were low.

  • It was a great Play

    by Nate E. on 5/13/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The play was really nice except for the Audio issues at the beginning of the show. It had a great cast, and I would recommend to everyone if you have an opportunity to go see it you will enjoy it, I guarantee you will Love it.

  • a waste of my money

by cj on 5/13/24Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 1 out of 5

High school acting, no plot or storyline. If I wanted to hear all gospel music I would have gone to church.

  • It was ok

by Miley on 4/13/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

Again it was ok. Did expect the ending and the plot was weird but boyyyy can they sang!

  • Not what I expected

by Mz. SB on 4/11/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5

Was a bit disappointed. The title really had nothing to do with the actual play. A few ppl sitting near me felt the same way.

  • Started off ok ...

by Ms Brenda on 4/10/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5

The play started off ok but as it progressed I got lost in the storyline. The ending was a bit strange, while I get the redemption piece I did not see how the end matched the title.

  • VERY DISAPPOINTED

by Mz Red on 4/10/24Rating: 2 out of 5

The play was ok best parts were Haddie and the guy who stuttered .. Hated the ending had nothing to do with the title and plays USUALLY end on a HAPPY note so glad I was gifted my ticket... I see why the audience was so empty

  • Excellent

by Babygirl on 4/9/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

  • When a women's fed up

by Mia G on 4/9/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 1 out of 5

The Actors and Actress put forth a great effort however the performance was just ok. I expected more laughs instead I found myself and my Husband asleep during the performance. Definitely not worth the price tag of the tickets.

  • Restart your Life

by MsPaula on 4/9/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

The play was very entertaining funny exciting. There were real life experiences featured in play . Would definitely recommend to friends and family. All the actors did a fantastic job I loved the play.

  • FUNNY BUT IN THE WRONG WAY

by JustMi on 4/9/24Arie Crown Theater - ChicagoRating: 2 out of 5

Pros: most of the singing was good. Cons: the plot was underdeveloped; mics were not on at times & too loud at other times: show was too long; although I laughed, it was mostly at them, not with them In short, it was not money well spent.
