We Will Rock You
by Ritt45 on 4/29/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 5 out of 5This show was AWESOME!!! Even brought my 10 yr old who loved it! I hope it comes back around so we can see it again.
We Will Rock You...ok?
by Anonymous on 4/29/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 3 out of 5This play was ok. I was not a fan of all the singers. I felt some over did it and some of the songs just seemed forced. Some songs were done beautifully like Somebody to Love and I Want it All. All the women in the play were wonderful, except I felt the character of Killer Queen over did it. Her voice just did not quite fit the play. The lead male Galileo was ok, I mean he is a great singer, but being the main lead and a representative of Freddie Mercury was not a true match. I thought Sacramuche and Ozzy Ozbourne were great and I enjoyed Britney Spears too. Overall I am happy that I did go and see the play, but it was not exactly what I expected. I would not see this play again. I would see Rock of Ages again.
We Will Rock You was beyond phenomenal!
by Queenie14 on 4/28/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 5 out of 5Of course the music was amazing, of course, but the was the way that the musical incorporates the songs into this plot is incredible. The cast did a phenomenal job. The musical also has many references to classic rock bands and songs, which I enjoyed because I always say things like that.

We will rock you
by Boomsky on 4/28/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 5 out of 5This was an amazing play which was cleverly put to the Queen music. Brought to light the techy world looking for better times. Such a wonderful and creative way to bring out the music. We would see it again and did recommend it to some friends who did not yet have tickets.
Not as expected
by Jaci444 on 4/28/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 2 out of 5The singers were well rehearsed and had beautiful voices, however we were not fans of the production itself. It felt like a high-school musical to us, which of course is our own opinion and certainly does not reflect others.

We Will Rock You was not what I went in expecting to see. Set in the future instead of the past. Despite that , it was a great show. Hysterical show, full of many song lyric one liners. I would recommend it to others. Very strong singing voices.
We Will Rock You
by YodellingCowboy on 4/28/14Shubert Theater - New HavenRating: 3 out of 5The singer who played Galileo did a whole lot for the show... wonderful voice. The singer who played the Killer Queen on the night I saw the show was bad. Also, she wasn't mic'd effectively... this meant that "Fat Bottomed Girls" was a wash... too bad as that should have been one of the best numbers. However, the show was still fun, and I took my 11 year old who appreciated the whole "rock and roll as religion" kind of silliness. I had fun too, but I got the tickets pretty cheap and if I'd paid more for them I wouldn't have felt very good about the whole experience.
We Will Rock You did just that!
by Kenzieloo on 12/12/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 4 out of 5Took my two granddaughters ages 13 and 11 and had a great time. The music was wonderful, of course, and all actors and their dancing and singing talents were top knotch. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because there were some long songs in the beginning in which it was difficult to understand the lyrics. Also, the theatre could have terraced the seats better for improved viewing. Still, all in all, it was a great evening!
Great Show
by kxxx on 12/12/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5What a terrific show!!! The performers, the band and the special effects were all terrific..
Amazing music !!!
by Kryptonight on 12/11/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5It was like going to a Rock Concert and seeing broadway at the same time. The clothes lights and music worked so well together. Was amazed at how great the leads voices were and had a very enjoyable evening.

Musical Explosion!
by JanG05 on 12/11/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5We took my 15 year old son who is a Queen superfan. He loved it...the musical numbers were wild and extremely good! Story line was a bit different and childish but easily overlooked by the quality of the music.

The show was 100% on point! The vocals were absolutely amazing! The understudy for Brit performed and he was my favorite star from the show! I would go back and see this cast again and again. Great talent!!
A lof of fun!
by salsalisa on 12/11/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 4 out of 5Several days later, I still have all of the songs stuck in my head. I forgot how many hits Queen had. The show featured greatest hits for me, as well as lesser known songs for my die-hard Queen fan boyfriend. The show was fun for both the die-hard Queen fan and someone who is not as familiar with Queen. The singers did a fantastic job. People of all ages were rocking out during this fun musical.

One of the best shows I've seen in a while. Funny & fun.
One of my all time favorite shows
by nikmo on 12/10/13Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5This show was stunning - I grew up with Queen and expected to enjoy the music, but I was pleasantly surprised at how entertaining (laugh-out-loud funny) it was. I took my teenage kids and they enjoyed it every bit as much as I did, which says a lot!
