Walnut Street Theatre's Sister Act Tickets

Went with my sister to see this show, and it was so hilariously funny. The talent was even better than I expected, as were the constumes and sets. We laughed so much and even cried a little. This is why I go to see a show....because I enjoy experiencing the intimacy of the characters, and the connection I feel to a show that is well done, and energy that is palpable when the cast/crew is so 'together' for all the hard work they have put into preparing for the show. Sister Act his all these with high marks from me.

Energetic, lively and lots of fun!!! While the songs were not that memorable, the play was very, very entertaining.

The singing, the dancing, and the comedy were outstanding! I recommend this show for everyone. On this occasion, my wife and I were on a date. However, other couples, senior citizens, parents with children, even a nun was at our matinee show at the Walnut Street Theatre. By the way, The intimacy of the Walnut Street Theater was perfect for this show. I highly recommend Sister Act at the Walnut Street Theatre.

Fantastic show ! Better than the movie, I thought. We had front row seats and really enjoyed the show. All of the actors were amazing !

The cast & crew deserve an emmy! Thoroughly enjoyed the show & can't wait to take my sons to it who love theatre & undoubtly fall in love with it!

The actors, actresses, and writers get a huge round of applause. The jokes were perfectly timed and hilarious. The songs were perfection and presented in a way that made people get up and dance.

Its always a pleasure to go the Walnut to see a show as its such an amazing historic venue to visit. However, this production was poor with overly busy set changes, low impact musical score - big miss not to include any of the iconic soundtracks from the movie as the songs penned for the show are fairly typical and predictable with no impact. Acting was average - several missed lines and outside of the main lead, the singing was at best average.

Wonderful! the Theater couldn't stop laughing. Danielle was wonderful in the lead.

was great ,got there late because of traffic ,wouldnt let us in our seats,but show was great,catered it to philly was funny, very enthusiastic actors ,

If there is a better performance I would like to know where it is The show was two hours of sheer enjoyment!

We attended the first night showing which was a standing ovation finale. My husband, myself, son (20 year old college student) and daughter (8 year old Catholic school student) could not stop laughing, clapping, gasping - in total awe of the singing, musical scores, costumes, story telling, everything. This is a have to see show. I loved each and every cast member for exactly the part that they were playing - so believable. My husband loved the monsignor, I loved the main character, my son loved the cop and my daughter loved the young nun and the older rapping nun tied. We all had our favorite parts. YOU MUST SEE THIS SHOW.
