Walnut Street Theatre's Sister Act Tickets

Fantastic show following movie story line, but with original songs that will have you tapping your feet. The local humor has you smiling for the entire show. The actors were easily identified, all the Mary's were adorable! The set changes were seamless, and the glitter of the final song was almost blinding! Every song was performed so professionally, that you really didn't think about it, until the final note, when you felt, 'Wow, that was so impressive!' The entire show was a demonstration of excellent producing and directing.

Acting was superb. I would have liked to hear songs that we knew such as in the original movie.

Excellent, uplifting show. Whole cast gave very enjoyable and professional performances - with a particularly outstanding Mother Superior. The relatively minimalist set worked well and both lighting and sound were very effective.

My Fiance and I took our Mom's to see Sister Act as their Mother's Day present. What a great idea on our part! Both of our Mom's loved the show as did we. The show is light and full of humor. The time flies by with laughter.

We greatly enjoyed Sister Act. The performers were excellent, and it was a lively show with good music and dancing.

Nonstop music. All The actors had wonderful voices and each of the main characters had a chance to display their talent. Would definitely see again.

If you LOVE musicals you should go, there's nothing bad about it. The lead actress is an amazing singer and it's funny. BUT - there is nothing special or moving about it, and it's very very long. My husband was suffering. I personally think it's uncomparable to musicals like Wicked or Kinky boots, which are far superior. Bottom line - not worth the money in my eyes.

This show exceeded all of my expectations. The acting,staging and singing were just flawless. Do yourself a favor and snatch up a ticket.

The show lived up to its expectations. I love the Walnut Street cozy atmosphere and the smaller venue. Sister Act is a great work of art, good for the whole family.

We arrived at the beautiful Walnut Street Theater, and was surprised to find out the history!! This was my first trip to Philadelphia, and was just in overnight for the show! I was impressed with the comfortable seating, sometimes it is very cramped in older theaters. The production, from the beginning to the ending, was AMAZING!! I was giggling, laughing, smiling, engaged, and entertained with all of the performances. Absolutely worth going to see! You will not be disappointed!

The singing was fantastic, the acting phenomenal, and the show had me laughing throughout.

It was a very entertaining show. There were a lot of funny one-liners that had me cracking up out loud. Each song was great and I loved the super sequiny outfits at the end. Definitely worth seeing again!

This show was amazing! I enjoyed every part of this play. I wanted to go purchase another ticket to go see it again. It exceeded my expectations. It was so funny and crazy keep on at the end of my seat. I have been spreading the new about how great this play was to anyone who listened!

The actors and actresses were amazing! I was laughing so hard at some of the songs scenes that I started to cry. Although the music in the show is NOT THE SAME as Sister Act, the movie, it did not make me think twice about missing those songs. The lead was absolutely incredible!! Fantastic job!!

Excellent show all around! The music was great, the acting was stellar, and the humor was non-stop. If you're afraid of some of these "Hollywood to Broadway" transplant shows, don't fear this one. It's a lot of fun, a great night out at the theater that can be enjoyed by everyone. Definitely don't miss this one during its run. You'll regret it.
