My family and I enjoyed the entire show. It brought me back to when I was a kid . Grease was my favorite movie! I would recommend this show to everyone. I left the theatre singing all of the songs!!!!
We have never been disapointed by anything that we have seen at the Walnut. Some shows have more of a wow factor than others, but, they are all very good. We visit Broadway 4 or 5 times a year and there have been a few times that we had regrets. Not so with the Walnut . Great shows at about 1/3 the price.
The Play was okay. A bit "sophmoric". Not sure if it had to do with just having an all young cast or the fact that many of the actors were in their first WST production. Overall, I am glad I saw the show but wouldn't recommend.
Fantastic upbeat play. If you did not attend you missed out on a fun night.
Great energy, great show. This show is perfect for younger viewers too. the enegy and dancing would keep them mezmerized.
Have seen Grease on Broadway so I know the difference between the movie and the musical. I had heard that the show at Walnut was so good. In short, I've seen high school versions with better production values. Females were not very good, Sandy was painful. Guys played their part pretty good. The end seamed really rushed but in the end I was happy for that.
Honestly it was just okay. I expected better but saw a very amateur version of Grease! If you're hoping to see a musical that emulates the movie, I suggest you lower your expectations. Overall it was just okay and I probably wouldn't recommend this particular version to anyone.
It was very entertaining and the characters well represented
This is one of my daughter's favorite movies and I was pleased to see and hear her continuously comparing the movie with the show. She was singing along. She thought it was great.
The actors who portrayed the characters did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to see this play again. The music and the vocals were wonderful.

Wonderful cast, terrific acting and dancing, clever movement of scenery, and caused a desire to dance in the aisle! A joyful nostalgic journey.
The actors and actresses performed well. The music was great and the actress who played Rizzo performed her role great. I would recommend this play to friends.

Have always liked Olivia Newton John in the female lead in the screen play and entered the theater thinking "no way could they cast this role properly". Boy, was I wrong! Laura Giknis is perfect as Sandy. I closed my eyes during "Hopelessly Devoted to You" and thought Olivia was on stage. Great job by all!
Not my favorite show at Walnut, but it was a night out. Keep your expectations low and you will not be disappointed. Best character was Rizzo.

An average rendition of Grease. Missing a bit of oomph.
The play was energetic and fun. Everyone moment was lively. There were moments of humor which I loved. We liked the music. The sets were nice as well as the costumes which looked very 1950's.
