PAW Patrol Live! The Great Pirate Adventure on Tour
In the latest live-action adventure spectacle from every kid's favorite cartoon dog squad, Ryder and his crew of ever-resourceful pups must save their bumbling, seafaring friend Cap'n Turbot after he gets lost in a cave — just as Mayor Goodway's Pirate Day festival celebrations are set to begin on Adventure Bay.
En route to the rescue, the team finds a treasure map and sets out to find the booty for Mayor Goodway's event before their dastardly rival Mayor Humdinger (from the nearby town of Foggy Bottom) gets to the goods first. With dog-suited dancing actors bringing the show's beloved canine characters to life before big-screen animated backdrops, The Great Pirate Adventure is an energetic musical revue featuring all the familiar theme music from the show and brand-new songs exclusive to this production. It also features a special appearance from the newest member of the PAW Patrol team, Tracker.
PAW Patrol Live! The Great Pirate Adventure Background
Marshall! Rubble! Chase! Rocky! Zuma! Skye! Many parents know these names as well as those of their own children. They're the tireless cartoon pooches comprising the PAW Patrol, the all-in-one eco-conscious police/fire/construction/aviation/naval team who, along with their trusted preteen ringleader Ryder, maintain peace and order in the picturesque town of Adventure Bay.
Since debuting on Nickelodeon in 2013, the Canadian CGI series has become a staple of preschoolers' TV diets, while its Daytime Emmy-nominated, pop-punk-inspired theme song has become permanently lodged in the brains of parents around the world. (Not that they mind, since the show instills in their kids positive messages about the values of teamwork, nonviolent conflict resolution, and environmental preservation.)
After spawning a toy store's worth of merchandising lines, PAW Patrol made the leap to the stage in 2017 with the internationally touring production Race to the Rescue. That was followed by the sea-themed sequel, The Great Pirate Adventure, that set sail in 2018.
It was a great experience. My son really enjoyed the live characters .This was his 1st live show and he loved it.
The show was great my son loved it but ticket prices were way too high and the price for souvenirs were extremely high! $35 for a light stick that broke before we even got to our seat. We went back to exchange it and received another broken one. And the 3rd one we got broke on our way home. I don't mind paying for something but not that much when it instantly breaks. I just don't think it's right price gouging parents with little kids!
My son and I enjoyed this show together. The characters were casted so well and his smile said it all. He was very excited and it was well worth our time. Well organized and started promptly which was a super plus.
Wish the kids could have met characters after show. Didnt keep my grandaughters attention. Show kind of boring.
Paw Patrol was a great show. Our daughter, who is five, loved it. Even our 11 year old son liked it.
The process was easy. All online. Could see from everywhere. Totally age appropriate starting at approximately 2. The acting, costumes, scenery, storyline, and sound system were superior. The MSG personnel were pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They actually looked like they were proud to be an employee of MSG and happy to be there, especially since this was on a Sunday morning when they could be at their religious institution or with their families. The audience was also considerate and polite. The womens’ bathroom was clean and plentiful. The parking garage was easily accessible too.
It was too long. Intermission just felt like a trick to sell more merchandise
My 4 year old was so excited to see the show.but when the show began i was disappointed.the show has now started and from the time it started and till it ended my son could not enjoy the show, because everyone was walking back and fourth in front of him.everyone was standing in front of him .adults was standing and little kids could not see.i feel like the employees should have made a better effort to make sure people are seated before show began.it felt very unorganized in there.the show was nice wish i could have enjoyed it more
This adventure was amazing,my little one had a great time so did I. Thank you for thinking about the little ones!
It was very entertaining and interactive for the kids. The children were responding and dancing and they seemed to enjoy it.
