Rain a tribute to the Beatles was Disappointing.

by John D on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

We were very excited about going to see Rain a tribute to the Beatles, we saw the show six years ago in Maine and totally enjoyed the show 5 stars. April 2024 we went see Rain in Detroit hoping for a repeat of the great time. The music was way too loud, It was so loud that entertainers voices were Hard to understand. The entertainers did a nice job, but the added keyboard didn’t complement the show. We left early from the show and would never go see again.

    too loud!

by a Beatles' fan on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

I had high hopes but the singing in this Beatles tribute was drowned out by the synthesizer and overall the music was too loud -- my Apple Watch kept going off. Also, the band was talented but seemed a little tired of performing.

This is the next best thing.

by JNuke on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

If you’ve never seen the Beatles ..which most of us haven’t this is the next best thing! With costume changes and appropriate period musical selections to accompany as well as some fun entertainment between sets this is a polished show top to bottom.

    5th time around

by KellyWahoski on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

My goodness where to begin? This wasn’t our first time but it was absolutely the best. We sprung for 2nd row seats and the energy up front was amazing! We were right in front of fake Paul and he winked at me several times as there wasn’t a lyric I didn’t know, thanks to my Liverpool heritage. These guys go hard! A++

Awesome show with awesomely talented musicians singing and playing their own instruments as they take on their role of our beloved Beatles. This was my second show in a year of this dynamic production. It’s a can’t miss event!!

    Great show, but...

by NormB on 4/21/24Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

The band was amazing, music was fantastic, but the show hasn't changed in years. I always enjoy listening to this group, but I need to see something a little different to keep me coming back.

    FANTASTIC Show!!!

by Dennis on 4/20/24Embassy Theatre - Fort Wayne

This was the best tribute bands we have heard. Everyone in the band was dead on. The talent was really incredible, from the music and especially the voices. You can close your eyes and think, Damn, I'm at a Beatles concert!! A real plus was being able to see them at the Embassy Theatre in our hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Roll Up for the Magical Mystery Tour

by Phantom on 4/19/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

We just saw one of the best live performances we have seen in quite a while! RAIN brought us back to the 60's like nothing else could. The song selections were outstanding...even though they shortened some of the cuts a bit, we assumed it was an effort to fit more in. The usually staid Boston crowd was out in the aisles or on their seats dancing, bobbing, singing with arms raised, and rhythmically swaying to the songs of not so long ago. The use of archival audio and video clips enriched the overall experience. That said, it was the musicians who brought us back to those times. All four were great. The repartee between John and Paul was right on. George was his laid back self. But it was Ringo who WAS Ringo! Just a fantastic performance by a guy who appeared to be too young to have seen the Beatles in their day. WHAT A FANTASTIC SHOW!

I bought these tickets for my husbands birthday present as the Beatles are his favorite band to this day. Let mw tell you they did not disappoint! My husband enjoyed every single song they played, he said "Wow, they sound just like them!"From the singing to the diverse backgrounds of the stage they did a great job. I highly recommend seeing them if you never have and your a Beatles fan!

    An amazing experience!!

by Armen Z. on 4/17/24Boch Center Wang Theatre - Boston

For a lifelong Beatles fan like me, hearing the music played to perfection, with visual sensory of the performance, was absolutely incredible! Especially, the music from Pepper through Abbey Road, which of course was never performed live by The Beatles themselves, who stopped touring in 1966. The musicians in the band "Rain"uniquely adapted that later period to a style of performance, as if The Beatles might have done themselves live, had they continued touring. It was a very cool interpretation! Thank you, Rain. You took me to another place and time in my life! 💙
