About

Tyler Childers is carving his own path in country music. Following the success of his 2017 breakout album Purgatory, the Kentucky-born singer-songwriter has earned 11 career Grammy nominations across folk, Americana, and country categories. Childers' 2025 release, Snipe Hunter, marked his seventh studio album; across the record, he weaves Appalachian storytelling with elements of rock and gospel. Childers remains connected to his Appalachian roots through his Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund, which he established in 2020 with his wife, singer-songwriter Senora May, to bring awareness and financial support to vulnerable communities.

Tyler Childers is amazing in concert and will gladly go see him again any chance I get. He did not disappoint with a great mix of his old and new music. His voice is just extraordinary.

seriously was one of the best concerts! Tyler is so humble. He tells stories through his songs and when he sings those songs ... you can feel emotional! a true artist!

  • My husband loved the show… this was his Christmas gift.

  • Awesomeness

by Childersfan on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler gave one of the best experiences LIVE I’ve been to. His voice is so good and of course the Hollywood Amp is one of my favorite venues!!!!

  • The bees knees

by Btrav on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

All bands didn’t disappoint. Marcus King is a legend and Tyler had the crowd in the palm of his hands with the oldies. Also drummer man Miles Miller.

  • Best concert ever

by Abby Poss on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

The absolute best concert I’ve ever been too. Tyler Childers did not disappoint. Also loved his openers. Will be seeing him again.

  • Fantastic!

by Louise on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler Childers was so fantastic! He put on a great show with such enthusiasm. He is one person that sounds even better in person than his albums. I would absolutely see him again. Marcus King was a great start! He sounded amazing. Venue was awesome, not a bad seat.

  • Favorite Concert Ever

by BeckyW on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler Childers has the most amazing voice. The show, though his biggest personal crowd, felt like it was personal. I loved the way he started it more acoustically, because that is how most of us got to know him. Obviously, there were a couple of favorite songs missing, but though I could listen to him for a lot longer, he couldn't possibly have sung all of the great songs we love.

  • Great venue, GOAT Artist

by Philip F on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

First of all, Hollywood Casino Amphitheater was great. Everything feels nice and new, plenty of bathrooms and they are clean. Seating options are great, not a bad seat in the house. Tyler Childers was at his best and was absolutely incredible. You can agree or disagree, but my opinion is that he’s the greatest live artist of all time. The man has a perfect voice with zero imperfections and it is amazing to experience it live. The Food Stamps were absolutely insane and deserve just as much applause.

  • Good

by Blake on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 3 out of 5

Concert was great. Tyler did an amazing job. Parking was a nightmare. When it takes over 2 1/2 hours to get out of the parking lot when you were one of the first people to the car that’s an issue.

  • Tyler Childers concert

The concert was amazing! Tyler’s voice in person is just awesome!!

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

by Sydney on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler C. was a great entertainer. He sounds just as good, if not better live than recorded. The whole band and show was phenomenal. Would definitely attend again in the future.

  • Kick Ass Concert

by Snikki on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

The entire concert was a blast. What I loved but was shocked by was how people were sitting and really enjoying Miles Brown who was the opening band. Usually when the 1st act comes on everyone is scattered around drinking and mingling. Not this time. He got prob 3/4 of the crowd including me and my boyfriend. And come on Marcus King was amazing as usual. Then there was good ole Tyler Childers which was so damn awesome to watch. The stay at the Amphitheatre casino hotel was just as amazing. The after party there was so much fun. Definitely something we plan on doing many more times

  • Unbelievable Show

by Musicbuff on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 4 out of 5

The only reason that I didn’t give 5⭐️ is the ticket resale policies of Live Nation. The venue was good, smooth entry/exit, plenty of food and beverage options, reasonable lines. The entertainment was the best live show that I’ve seen.

  • Great Time

by PC on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Had a blast and was a great time. Glad to see him so excited up on stage.

  • Moving, Amazing, Awesome, Powerful!!!

by TrentWood on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

Tyler put on the most amazing show I've ever seen! He took the entire sold out crowd to church! It was such a great show that I am worried that anyone else I go see will not live up to the show that he put on. Thanks @TTChilders for such an amazing night which is one I will never forget!

  • Loved him, Not the venue

by Kay on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 3 out of 5

The venue always seems over-sold and crowded. There’s so many people talking that you can hardly hear the musician. We ended up walking around the food and bathroom places, which is where we could hear the best. Don’t charge that much then oversell.

  • INNNCREDIBLE

by Littlejard on 6/12/23Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre - St. Louis, MO - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was one of the best I've ever been to. It was one hell of a memorable night, and I'll remember it for the rest of my life.
