It was a splendid production filled with talented characters. The story told was a great adaptation of the tale and the performances were excellent. Enjoyed the set, the music, lighting and choreography! I would definitely recommend to all ages. Fun, fanciful and extremely energetic. Fun way to spend Christmas Eve day.

This was lesser quality compared to some of other Cirque du Soleil productions. Very much for youger kids and not really for adults.

The show was amazing! We all thought we would have a chance to use ladies room on our way out. Not so, go before the end of the show!
Minutes of the show were unwatchable due to a poorly placed stage light that shone directly in a section of the audience collective eyes. Everyone around us was complaining. Also staff in seating latecomers, blocked the view for many minutes coordinating seating. The lighting needs to be adjusted and latecomers seated in between acts. Very unsatisfying experience hardly worth the ticket price.
An absolutely wonderful show for adults and children alike. We have seen other Cirque du Soleil productions before, but this one was by far the best. The astounding acrobatics and individual performances were incredible to watch. Also, the costumes, set design and music were terrific. A very upbeat, positive energy show. Highly recommended!

Cirque website states 125 min duration. Show lasted 90 min. Not the level of action/talent typical for Cirque and was thus overpriced. The worst part was for the first 30+ min, ushers seated latecomers who constantly blocked our views getting to their seats.
It was a waste of money. You see some acrobatics in the air, and then strange, childlike tumblers.
Nearly 1/3 of the audience was late to the show and caused a huge disruption while finding their seats. The show started at 8pm, and a steady stream of people were still coming in to find their seats well past 8:30. People kept walking around and blocking our view and using flashlights to find their seats in the dark, so we barely got to see the first half of the show. The Chicago Theater really needs to stop letting people come into the show so late. Itâs rude to all the people who showed up on time and itâs disrespectful to the performers. My family of 4 paid nearly $400 to go to this performance and our view of the first half was completely ruined. It was a very disappointing experience thanks to the theater for letting tons of late-comers disrupt the performance. My mom cried afterwards because she felt that the money she spent to take our family to the theater was wasted.
The show was great but we couldn't see it very well from where we were sitting and therefore feel like we really missed a lot. One thing to keep in mind when going to a performance like this, if you're too far away, you're not going to get the full experience of the performers. I had a woman sitting two rows up with big hair and an headband with reindeer antlers!!! Come on lady!! This took away a great deal of the enjoyment our of our experience. Lesson learned. My recommendation is, get really good seats or don't bother going.
Great experience for the family. Beautiful performance and costumes that catch the eye of all people in the audience. Recommend for all.
Performance was 20 minutes late to start Then they did 1 number and paused with no explanation for another 20 mins then did the first number over again. This is a small-time production and not a good example of the cirque du Soleil we all expected. Okay for kids but otherwise underwhelming for the adults
The show was visually gorgeous - we were in the lower balcony which was tricky for our two kids to see when parts of the show were at the front of the stage.
We thoroughly enjoyed Twas the Night Before. It was a wonderful performance with a Christmas theme.

The best performers in this kind of show. Period! A show to be totally recomended if you esnt to see something amazing!
