Trans-Siberian Orchestra On Tour
The holidays rock a whole lot harder than they ever have thanks to Trans-Siberian Orchestra. By infusing seasonal classics with rock flamboyance, a symphonic sense of scope, and an eye-popping visual presentation complete with lasers and pyrotechnics, what began as a side project for a veteran group of American hard rockers has grown into one of today's top-selling acts, with over 10 million concert tickets sold since 1999.
Now, to celebrate the band's 20th year on the road, Trans-Siberian Orchestra is mounting an all-new production of the show that first turned them into an arena-rock phenomenon. First performed in 1999 and recorded for a TV special – which became just as much of a holiday staple as ‘The Sound of Music' – ‘The Ghosts of Christmas Eve' was conceived by Paul O'Neill, TSO's original mastermind. A veteran producer for acts like Aerosmith and Savatage, O'Neill was inspired by the rock operas of The Who and the grandly theatrical concerts of Pink Floyd to create something that was even more spectacular. Together with Savatage members Jon Oliva, Bob Kinkel, and Al Pitrelli, O'Neill developed a unique project that married the spirit of the season with all the exhilarating sounds, operatic grandeur, and visual bravura that fans had come to expect of rock gods. After the massive success of TSO's first two albums, ‘Christmas Eve and Other Stories' and ‘The Christmas Attic,' O'Neill and his team took it on the road (and TV screens) with similarly blockbuster results.
Though TSO's repertoire would extend far beyond holiday songs to encompass the greats of classical music on ‘Beethoven's Last Night' and O'Neill's own original rock operas like ‘Night Castle,' their thrilling and highly singular take on seasonal music remains their trademark. Tragically, O'Neill's passing in 2017 robbed the music world of a true visionary. But his team of friends and collaborators in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra honor his legacy with a new production of ‘The Ghosts of Christmas Past' that both preserves and revitalizes a landmark merger of music, theatrics, storytelling, and seasonal cheer that yielded an international phenomenon.

We paid for floor tickets, the seating provided were folding chairs. Not only were they hard and uncomfortable, the individuals on both sides were elbowing us. We left after 30 minutes of torture. The seating for a lot less would have been the way to go.
My first experience attending a T-SO show. Totally impressive. Singers, performers, musicians, storytellers were all is synch. They all appeared to be enjoying themselves. Though I expected some, I was very impressed with the light show. Laser lighting, fireballs, fireworks, etc. were all incorporated. I'll be back next year.
WOW! We have seen them before but this show - their 25th was over the top spectacular. Lights, lights, and more lights plus the exploding fire. Talented singers and musicians - we try to make this our yearly show to see. Fantasic show - Execellent
The Trans-Siberian Orchestra it's a great Band I love the music their style in the spirit of Christmas my only problem with no five stars is the arena Goin In and inside too small everybody so close the seats
Trans-Siberian Orchestra always puts on an absolutely amazing show! Using Ticketmaster was great because I was able to put the tickets in my Wallet on my phone which made it very easy to get to, therefore I did not have to worry about trying to use the Internet to gain access to my tickets.
The entire show was great, the songs. Lights, the story telling . Just great
First TSO is awesome… great performers, powerful singers, graphics are great! We had floor seats and besides the girl in front of me filming with her phone in my view sight then rearranging her hair every 5 minutes… there was just tooo much foot traffic. Takes away from being able to be absorbed in the show. We left early disappointed, and would not attend another concert at the Amalie venue… @ least definitely not with floor seats

Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert was outstanding in many ways: excellent performances by entire ensemble, beautiful -- but loud -- music, and unbelievable laser, light, and flame-throwing effects, all coordinated into a captivating performance. Amalie Arena -- not so coordinated. Finding pre-paid parking was a challenge on crowded roads. Entrance into the security and ticket-taking level was poorly organized with no funneling crowd into lines, long and crowded security check-in, and sluggish entry procedure resulting in some missing the beginning of the concert. I would love to see and hear the TSO again but would think twice if I had to put up with Amalie Arena.

First time going to see the TSO! Could have seen them at Amway Center in Orlando but needed a Sunday show. I was blown away by the music, lights and fireworks It was totally awesome! I highly recommend catching TSO In Concert you will not be disappointed!
First time seeing TSO; didn’t really know what to expect but I’d heard good things. Got nosebleed seat tix last minute and am SO glad!!! What an awesome, indescribable spectacle of a show!!! Definitely will see them again next Christmas! Amazing!
This is definitely a bucket list concert to see. The musicians, narrator, and singers were perfect. I will see them every time they come around
