About

Train are a Grammy Award-winning rock band who have released 11 studio albums, selling over 10 million copies worldwide. Formed in San Francisco in 1993, Train released their self-titled debut in 1998, but they broke through to the mainstream with their 2001 follow-up, Drops of Jupiter, which became their first of six Top 10 albums behind their seven-time platinum single of the same name. To date, Train have logged six Top 20 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and four No. 1 songs on the Adult Pop Airplay chart, including 2003’s “Calling All Angels” and 2009’s “Hey, Soul Sister.” The group has embraced various genres through collaborations with leading country artists like Martina McBride, Ashley Monroe and Tenille Townes, rapper Travie McCoy and pop singers such as Sofía Reyes and Cam. Train have gone on tour nearly every year since 1996, playing in over 25 countries and sharing the bill with the likes of Hall & Oates, Goo Goo Dolls and Jewel. As of 2024, the band is made up of founding frontman Pat Monahan, Taylor Locke (guitar and vocals), Hector Maldonado (bass and vocals), Jerry Becker (keyboards and guitar), and Matt Musty (drums).

  • Great Show!

by Iowaholmes on 8/4/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

Train is one of those bands that has a lot of songs that you know. This was our first time seeing them, and the first time at the Ozarks Amphitheatre. Both were amazing. The band had a high energy level right from the start and only played about 3-4 "slow"songs in the middle. Everyone in our group was very impressed and we would definitely see them again.

  • Awesome

by Rox on 8/4/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

Ozark Ampitheater is an outstanding venue. Don't depend on the website for do's and don't. They have their own rules at gate.

  • Train Is Terrific

    by Gen X’er on 8/4/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the concert. The opening act and Train were both fantastic. We would go see either one again without hesitation. The venue was okay. Too many silly rules but other than that, very enjoyable evening.

It was so good I couldn’t stay in my seat. I danced to every song.

Train put on a great show as usual! I’ve seen them in all types of venues and they always deliver a great show and a great atmosphere.

  • Over the Top

by Just Me on 8/4/25Ozarks Amphitheater - CamdentonRating: 5 out of 5

Train was outstanding and Ozark Amphitheater was 100% best concert venue ever attended!!!

  • Train always shows up

by RosieLV on 5/16/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show and set list. Not a fan of the MResort venue though. If you are stuck in the back, there are cabanas that block your view and there are no video screens as you would normally see at a concert venue.

  • Amazing

by John K on 5/14/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

I had a smile on my face the whole time. Pat's vocals are absolutely perfect, and what a showman!

  • Choo Choo

by Snoopp22 on 5/13/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

This band NEVER disappoints ! They sang the hits plus a few surprises Pat’s son Rock joined his dad to sing a Zeppelin & Eagles song. Can’t wait for the summer tour 🚂🎶🎶🎶

  • Best event ever!

by Dswear on 5/12/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

The venue was magical; poolside at the M. It was packed and the energy of the band and the crowd was amazing! I took my 24 year old grandson and it was a special night that neither one of us will ever forget.

  • Train Concert

by Sam_Iam on 5/11/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Best outdoor concert I have seen. Band was tight, played some excellent cover songs and his 13 year old soon rocked it. Best part, reasonable General Txts, perfect weather & nice polite crowd. M Resort great venue.

  • Great live show

by Incredible show. on 5/10/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Great venue. I had fantastic seats. Opener was solid. Train killed it. As they have all 6 or 7 tome I've seen them.

  • Train concert was good! Seating was poor

by Mightymite on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was good but the venue seating leaves a lot to be desired. The equipment on stage prevented anyone on the sides from seeing the stage. Disappointed that the seats are so far over and you can’t see the center of the stage or band, The bands were good and the music 🎶 was great!! Loved that Rock came onstage and performed!

  • Great show!

by Redakus on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Train puts on a great show! Highly entertaining with a true crowd participation feel. The night turned into basically a singalong with both originals and covers from Led Zep, The Beatles and the Eagles. Was very impressed with Pat Monahan (lead singer) and his ability to catch smart phones thrown by the audience. He must have caught 10-15 of them without dropping a single one. He then took a selfie and tossed them back. Some of them even got back to the original owners LOL! Ticket prices were reasonable (for a change) and well worth the price for these guys. If you can get up front you have chances to catch picks, drum sticks, shirts and autographs. I will see Train again when they come to town.

  • Train - M Resorts

by Kim C on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was amazing! I would definitely suggest going if they are playing in your area!

  • Loved this concert!!

by Suzie on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Pat Monaghan and his band mates give their all for their fans! They played so many favorite songs and never disappoint! Their enthusiasm is evident and they are all so entertaining! Everyone in the audience seemed to be having the best time. Love Train and see them every chance I get - including their Sail Across the Sun Cruise!! Lastly, I loved seeing Pat and Rock sing together with their arms around each other - it was very touching.

  • Spectacular Show!

by FuninVegas on 5/6/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Way exceeded expectations and we had high hopes since Pat has one of the best voices in music. Loved entire set, by the pool. Go see this show!!!

  • Outdoor venue

by LC on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Poolside venue. Lots of standing people. View were not so good. Sound was great.

  • Amazing!!!!!

by Lindsay O on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen them twice now. They are amazing! They sound just like they do on the albums. They have tons of energy. They do all the songs you want to hear, do them well, and seem ecstatic to be there!

  • A great night out

by Margaret on 5/6/25M Resort Spa Casino - HendersonRating: 5 out of 5

Train did not disappoint! After the warmup band, The Calling, played an impressive set, Train took the stage and once again, energized the audience. The music was awesome, the lyrics clear, so the sound crew did a wonderful job. However, there should have been some large screens as the stage was set so far away, down the length of the pool, and those of us in the standing room only sections up by the patios had a hard time actually seeing the band. I've been to this venue before and there were screens for those performers. But the concert was great, and we totally enjoyed the music. Now...to find out where they'll be next!
