About

Tracy Lawrence has been one of the most consistent and successful country music icons over his decades-long career. The multi-platinum-selling artist has sold over 13 million albums, with 18 tracks hitting No. 1 on charts. Lawrence is a Southern boy — born in Atlanta, TX and raised in Foreman, AR — so his charismatic, good-boy stage presence is known to charm his country-music-loving fans during concerts. While his influences include both bad-boy Southern rock and traditional country tunes, Lawrence's songs still have audiences both swooning in their seats and up on their feet and dancing. Lawrence released Headlights, Taillights, and Radios in August 2013. which reached the No. 124 spot on the The Billboard Hot 200.

Lawrence was born and raised in the South, and the music and cultural influences from his boyhood shine through clearly in his music. Before he made it big in the music industry, Lawrence was a victim of a robbery in downtown Nashville. Although his girlfriend at the time escaped unharmed, Lawrence was shot four times. Shortly after, his debut album and ticket to fame, "Sticks and Stones," came out, and it shot up the charts, introducing Lawrence to stardom. Since then, Lawrence has released a slew of hits, including "Time Marches On" and “Texas Tornado,” which both reached the No. 1 spot on the Country Hits chart. His album The Rock, a Christian country album, was released in 2009 and nominated for a Grammy Award for the Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass gospel album. While Lawrence's career has already spanned multiple decades, he continues to tour the country performing his music, as well as produce new songs for his fans; and with the recent success of his latest album and singles, Lawrence has proven that his voice and sound have real staying power.

    venue

    by Part time on 7/17/23

The actual concert was great. The venue however needs improvement. We bought pit passes in advance. Did not want to take a chance on General Admission. When we got to the venue we had to stand in line for over an hour to get inside. There was only one person in the doghouse putting armbands on people. I was very disappointed and missed the first act. Not to mention how unbearable the heat and humidity was. Do better Lamar Dixon Event center.

    Needs to be better arranged

    by Thunder on 7/17/23

Had a good time but everything wasnt done like it was suppose to be done. The people working the show didnt place or sit the people where they was suppose to be so alot of people lost their spots. They were suppose to have a chair section that i bought i never got the chance to get to it they were all taken so i had to stand all night after working a 10 hour shift i still made that concert. Next time for a concert like that make sure you have way better staff and plan everything ahead of time. Now on the Concert part it was a 5 Star no doubt especially Tracy Lawrence. Thank you very much for coming to our state and small town and giving us a time to enjoy listening and singing with you live in concert. Thank You!!

I loved this venue! It was on the smaller side so it wasn’t overcrowded like a lot of concerts! And Tracy did an outstanding job on his singing and performance!

    by Jeani on 7/16/23

The concert was amazing! It was my first concert and I'm so glad I chose Tracy Lawrence to see! I was a Tracy Lawrence fan from the beginning of his radio play career and he just solidified it at this concert.

    Sound

by Mel on 5/25/23Pinewood Bowl Theater - Lincoln

The music actually sounded better when you were clear up at the beginning checking in and not right there by the stage there's a lot of cracking noise that was going through one of the speakers and it sounded a lot better further away then you when you were sitting there

Great concert. Maybe y'all could spray for bugs before an event so it's not so bad.

Small venue which was awesome. It was much more personable then being in a stadium filled with thousands and thousands of people. He's still amazing after being around for 20+ tears. I highly receommend getting a ticket to his show if you ever get the chance.!

    Chesterfield amphitheater not great

by Nickname on 5/22/23Chesterfield Amphitheater - Chesterfield

This was my first time attending a show at the chesterfield amphitheater and I was not impressed. There weren’t enough food vendors - wound up just eating after the show - and the beer lines were crazy long. Parking was terrible. My paid seat was a folding chair on grass. I lucked out to be at the front of my amphitheater level because each level held 2 or 3 rows of seats and I would not have been able to see if I had someone in front of me with no sloping of the level. While I really enjoyed the music, this is probably one of my least favorite venues in STL.
