  • Great Game

    by Kaos29 on 5/17/11Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The seats are pretty good for being in the upper level - the only complaint I have it that for a lacrosse game, it is hard to see the shot clock, but the view of the floor is good. It helps that it was a great game, even though the Stealth lost. Even with not being a Rock fan, it still felt special to be at Whipper's last game.

This game rocked. It's just too bad more people don't give it a try.

  • Toronto has a Champion Sports team

by RandyRock on 5/17/11Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

If you have never seen a Rock game, you owe it to yourself to check it out next season. LOTS of energy, LOTS of action and very dedicated fans. I have been a number of times and always thoroughly enjoyed myself. To see them WIN the league Championship was even better. WHO SAYS TORONTO DOESN'T HAVE A WINNING SPORTS TEAM?? GO ROCK GO!!!!!!!!!

  • NLL is awesome and underappreciated

by royalyorker on 5/17/11Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The game was great and full of energy! I cheered so much and loud I lost my voice the next day. Even though I have seasons for another team, it was my first game in Toronto. It's really too bad the NLL doesn't have the same level of press and amount of fan following as the NFL and NHL.

  • Toronto Rocks with Toronto Rock Lacrosse

    by Gary200258 on 5/2/10Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Toronto Rock Lacrosse is an entertaining sports event the whole family can enjoy for a reasonable price when compared to Maple Leaf Hockey or Raptors Basketball. The show never stops throughout the night as the hard hitting and fast sport of Lacrosse creates the thrills you'd expect at a hockey game. There are plenty of scoring chances and goals, as well as clever plays performed by energetic, highly skilled players. The evening also has the usual bells and whistles kids enjoy at a sports event, like replays and contests on the jumbo screen, rock music throughout. They even have the Toronto Hot Rocks dancers to make sure there is always something to look at throughout the night. The presentation at the Air Canada Centre is first rate, however, it also comes with the Air Canada Centre's usual ridiculously inflated prices for food, beverages and snacks. The Ice Cream bar I had at half time was $6.75 and melted before i could finish it. Typical hot dogs and soft drinks for a family of four would come to almost the same price as a good meal at a family restaurant.

  • Super Entertaining, Waiting staff needs work

by Beerdrinkinsonofagun on 4/17/10Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Had a lot of fun, crowd was electric and wasn't full of suits. Only problem was paying $29.00 for 2 large beers and the waiting staff on two occasions forgot to bring them to myself and my girlfriend. I would then have to wait for the waiter to come around to tell him. It now took 20 minutes to order beer. Might as well go to the concessions and miss 5 minutes of the game.

  • What a waste

by RockabyeBaby on 2/6/10Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

What a waste of effort! A high energy high skill game is ruined by repeated team substitutions. Players spend more time running on and off the field than running around the field. Where is the sport/entertainment in a player intercepting a shot, running the length of the field to a one on one with the goalie, then literally standing still while his team mates switch with the bench? I think they have found a way to take an exciting sport and slow it down to boring speed.

  • Lacross 1. Hockey 0.

First time at a game, but would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Better than hockey.

  • My First Lacrosse Game

by innermusic on 1/24/10Air Canada Centre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Never been to a pro Lacrosse game. It was actually a lot of fun, much better than I thought it would be. Very much enjoyed it. The only part I did not like was the playing of music DURING the game, which was distracting and cheapened the image of what is a great game.
