Great fun with family and friends, lacrosse is an emotional game and even better when the local team is playing.
Lacrosse is an amazing fast pace game which we are lucky to be able to enjoy. The athletes are fast, agile, and tough as nails. Controlled aggression, pinpoint passing and shooting. It's like extreme hockey with no gliding and more skill. It may not be considered prime time yet but it should be!
Great crowd. Great atmosphere. Plenty of fan engagement. The venue over charges for everything, but the entertainment value of the sport is worth it.
Took my son to his first NLL game. An awesome experience start to finish. Would have only been better (as per my 10 year old) if Iggy and the cheerleaders had spend some time near our section so he could have had some photos taken.
Such an amazing experience, never disappointed by the Toronto Rock
Amazing energy... a lot of fun. Great social event
The game was great. 13-10 and it came down to the last minute before the Rock solidified the win. The actual attendance was the lowest I have seen at the ACC. My seats were located beside one of he exits and it was disappointing to see that the Ushers did not stop people from returning to their seats during the play and my view was often obstructed. Considering I paid $66 per ticket I would not sit in those seats for a future lacrosse game. The entertainment value for NLL is the highest of all sporting events at the ACC.
The event at the Ice Center was great. The game was back and forth so it made for a very exciting game. It was a well played game, no fights which having my grandsons there was good, since we want to show good sportsmanship is possisble in such a close game. We enjoyed the many games and other fun things the annoucers do during the game with attendees.
There is no better game to go to in the city !! The fast paced hard hitting game. The atmosphere of the ACC and awesome crowd make for a fabulous night out !! Best bang for your buck by FAR !!!
Great atmosphere and energy. We enjoyed the entertainment during the game and between quarter's. Our seats where a great spot to be, section 108, row 17, you could see the whole field and end to end action. I hope to come back and see another game, specially in the play-off's, the Rock are a great team that doesn't give up.
Great game 13-12. Super value for the money. I look forward to my next Rock game.
Great game. Exciting and good value for the money. Would have liked to have been a few rows higher so I didn't have to look through the glass.
I tried to keep my expectations in check because this was an "exhibition" pre-season game and some of the pre-season foot ball games I have been to were not very good. There was nothing "exhibition" about this game, it was 100% full tilt indoor lacrosse, both team brought their A game and gave 110%. The whole game was back and forth scoring with lots of action, eventually sending the game into over-time.
Lacrosse is always good but watching this championship game was amazing
The seats are pretty good for being in the upper level - the only complaint I have it that for a lacrosse game, it is hard to see the shot clock, but the view of the floor is good. It helps that it was a great game, even though the Stealth lost. Even with not being a Rock fan, it still felt special to be at Whipper's last game.
This game rocked. It's just too bad more people don't give it a try.
AWSOME ....GO ROCK! GREAT SPORT, GREAT TEAM ........ ONLY CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM IN TORONTO SINCE 1993 ........... SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT!!!!!!!!!!!
If you have never seen a Rock game, you owe it to yourself to check it out next season. LOTS of energy, LOTS of action and very dedicated fans. I have been a number of times and always thoroughly enjoyed myself. To see them WIN the league Championship was even better. WHO SAYS TORONTO DOESN'T HAVE A WINNING SPORTS TEAM?? GO ROCK GO!!!!!!!!!
The game was great and full of energy! I cheered so much and loud I lost my voice the next day. Even though I have seasons for another team, it was my first game in Toronto. It's really too bad the NLL doesn't have the same level of press and amount of fan following as the NFL and NHL.
Toronto Rock Lacrosse is an entertaining sports event the whole family can enjoy for a reasonable price when compared to Maple Leaf Hockey or Raptors Basketball. The show never stops throughout the night as the hard hitting and fast sport of Lacrosse creates the thrills you'd expect at a hockey game. There are plenty of scoring chances and goals, as well as clever plays performed by energetic, highly skilled players. The evening also has the usual bells and whistles kids enjoy at a sports event, like replays and contests on the jumbo screen, rock music throughout. They even have the Toronto Hot Rocks dancers to make sure there is always something to look at throughout the night. The presentation at the Air Canada Centre is first rate, however, it also comes with the Air Canada Centre's usual ridiculously inflated prices for food, beverages and snacks. The Ice Cream bar I had at half time was $6.75 and melted before i could finish it. Typical hot dogs and soft drinks for a family of four would come to almost the same price as a good meal at a family restaurant.
