Toronto Maple Leafs History
The Toronto Maple Leafs have 13 Stanley Cup Championships and six division championships, with more than 60 former players, coaches and executives in the Hockey Hall of Fame. The Maple Leafs were one of the NHL's founding teams in 1917. They originally were known as the Arenas and then the St. Patricks before taking their current name in 1927 after Conn Smythe bought the franchise.
The team won two Stanley Cup Championships in the NHL's first five years and returned to the finals in 1932 behind the "Kid Line" of eventual Hall of Famers Charlie Conacher, Joe Primeau, and Busher Jackson. In 1942, they defeated the Detroit Red Wings in seven games to win the first of five Stanley Cup Championships under coach Hap Day. The addition the following year of center Ted Kennedy helped the Leafs maintain their dominance, and resulted in another title in 1951.
The Leafs won three Stanley Cup Championships in a row starting in 1962, and another in the 1966-1967 season, thanks to a roster brimming with players who would end up in the Hall of Fame: George Armstrong, Johnny Bower, Red Kelly, Dave Keon, Tim Horton, Allan Stanley, Bob Pulford, and Frank Mahovlich.
The team returned to the conference finals in 1992-1993 and 1993-1994, then again in 1998-1999 — the latter trip powered by eventual franchise scoring leader Mats Sundin. The Toronto Maple Leafs have made the Playoffs a total of 72 times to date.

Overall good night. Kept energy high. Leafs won. Clean arena.
Saw the leafs vs habs preseason game!!! It was awesome!!! Go Habs Go!!!
Great game ! Good seats ! Except our guys lost it ! Food products are pricey! Should be allowed to bring in a bottle of water!
I am the parent of a disabled adult son who loves his pro sports. PL, NHL, NBA My only comment is I wish there were more availability for accessible seating and at fair pricing.
I got lucky and found Gondola bix seats. The game was great, the outcome not so great. My beef is with the box itself. When I arrived to my seats they're were no chairs. A little confusion to get it sorted. When they found a chair the leather was ripped. Normally it wouldn't bother me but it was a box seat. They ran out of popcorn and some food. Food was included. Overall a fun night
It was a great experience at the pre-season game. Great hockey, lots of passionate fans. If tickets for regular season were more affordable for the hardcore fan and the corporate quiteness feel of the building was eliminated, the atmosphere would be amazing, just like it was back in the 2000s. We need to give the arena back to the actual fans of the team instead of the corporate seats.
Hi there, This was my 2nd time at a Leafs game and I did enjoy it. It was very entertaining even if they lost. Organist and DJ are good! The other team down the street should learn from you guys. Looking forward to come to another game shortly. Have a great season!
Attending a live Playoffs game was more than I ever imagined…the excitement is beyond description. There are no better, more devoted fans than leaf fans….it feels like you are amongst family…strangers talking like they’ve been lifelong friends. This was my first playoff event but it will not be my last…can’t wait for next season…Go Leafs Go
Fantastic communication via emails and messages leading up to my event. Everything from the suggestions on how to get down to Scotiabank arena to the eticket was soo smooth. Great work ticket master !!!
Worst performance by the Leafs I have ever seen. Glad the game didn't start at 7pm because they weren't even ready to go at 7:30pm. First playoff game ever. Should have just flushed the $200+ down the toilet, would have been more fun to watch.
We had a great experience, it was awesome the whole experience coming to the venue was amazing
Ice Hockey is a really nice game!!! Leafs fans are family fans that go to the arena to have a great time. Nice atmosphere and a fantastic event
Was an awesome experience, I would love to come again
I loved our seats even though we sat in front of each other not side by side!
ticket was very expensive, especially since 1/3 of the ice surface had an abstructed view. Disappointed
Went to Wednesday game and the Maple Leafs were still in resting mode. Spent over $500 dollars on tickets and watched a show that I wished I waited until it came out on Netflix. Unfortunately I wasn’t only out a movie ticket. From Vancouver and thought it would be nice to treat myself and two friends to a show. Only problem is the Leafs didn’t show up.
Went with a family of 5, 3 children 4 to 8yrs. Everything was prefect and great service at the Scotia Club.
I purchased 3 tickets and found them to be obstructed view did not see anyvwarning if this when purchased i could inly see 1/2 of the venue priced very high for these I suggest cilor coding or large bold print stating ovstructed.
On holiday from Australia and saw the Raptors and the Leafs on consecutive nights for the 1st time for each league.. We enjoyed the game of Ice Hockey more so than basketball but as a show the basketball was a fantastic spectacle. Amazed that you can only get into the stadium 1 hour before the game.. would've thought the merch, food and drink outlets would like the extra time for people to spend their money!!!
The leafs won which is always fun. However $20 for draft beer is ridiculous! Ticket prices are high enough without also being gouged for food and drink. We win’t be back to another game soon!
