The actress playing Tina Turner was amazing. Her voice and songs were very authentic. The dance routines and music were so very good. I highly recommend this show which also provided a mini Tina Turner concert.
Very high energy performance by all the cast members. Simply AMAZING.....a must see..
This show was amazing! The lead actress DEFINITELY put in WORK! That was a LOT of singing, acting and dancing and she did NOT disappoint! I was also blown away by the young “Anna Mae.” Her voice was so pretty! I’m telling everyone to go see this show. I’ll see it again if someone needs a date lol
The theater was well managed, and the in and out experience was smooth and comfortable. The parking garage was close, and having Garrets popcorn next door was a plus too! It was my Granddaughter’s first show, so she was impressed also!
This was my first musical since COVID and what a way to return. The Tina Turner Musical was phenomenal, superb, outstanding!!!! The cast was amazing and had me dancing in my seat. This is a must see.
The enitire cast was amazing!!! One could really feel reliving the life of Tina Turner which brought tears and smiles. It was an extraordinary performance with the concert of several popular songs at the end of the show!!!
I can't believe how much I liked this. I was not really a Tina Turner fan, just knew her hit song. Wow, I'm a fan now. Each song tells her life story so beautifully. The actors did a phenomenal job. I had nose bleed seats and it was still good. I wish I paid more for closer seats though I was not expecting such a great performance. I have so much respect for Tina. I cried, I laughed a few times, I had a great time, it was the highlight if my Chicago weekend trip.
What fun! Dynamic show with high energy. Highly recommended
The cast was incredible. Loved to learn about the life of Tina. The Tina Turner singer's voice was unbelievable...thought I was listening to the real Tina Turner.
Great musical. Sat in the balcony and not a bad seat. So happy I went on when I did for ticketsNo line to get in, no lines for bathrooms and easy to get out. And that is from the balcony. Thank you.
If I could, I would go to every performance! The story drew me in and the voices of all of the characters were so strong, but the voices of both young and old Tina were indescribable! I couldn't believe that voice could come from a child, and adult Tina made me feel like I was watching the real Tina Turner. When she put on the blonde wig, it was a complete transformation and it felt like I was instantly taken to a live Tina Turner concert! If you like Tina Turner at all, this is a must see!
I enjoyed every minute, the play is organized in a way that keeps you engaged. The performances were incredible!!!!
I saw this show in NYC on Broadway and It was electric. This version lacked luster from the lead (Tina). She carries the show and it was VERY hit or miss. National tours are usually very good, but this one was not. The cost of the ticket didn't reflect the quality of the show.
We saw the show Saturday March 18th at 2pm! The performer that played Tina Turner was absolutely convincing and extraordinary! We had a great time celebrating my wedding anniversary!! I couldn’t stop singing Nut Bush City Limits!!!
While the storyline was weak and sometimes too brief to comprehend, the musical performances, especially the lead's, was dynamic and truly impact with the liveliness of the real Tina
It was an absolutely MIND BLOWING show. The music, the actors, the costumes and EVERYTHING about the show was executed to perfection!!! MUST SEE!!!
From beginning to the end, this show was phenomenal. The actors were brilliant and super talented. If you have not experienced this show yet, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and get tickets asap. I was not a theatre person prior but now, any show this company performs, I am there moving forward. Truly a must experience show.
The Tina musical was absolutely amazing! The entire show and cast was great and told Tina's story authentically, as it should since she herself produced it. The lead actress embodied Tina's moves and voice with perfection. It was emotional and fun all at the same time. I would see it again in a heartbeat.
I really enjoyed the Musical. It started out slow, but got exciting in the end. I love all the Stage setting and special effects. The band was so awesome. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
