by JuJu81 on 5/3/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasI love, love JBJ....but we were a little disappointed with the overall show. Song variety was not what we had expected...only a handful of Bon Jovi songs...and most of those the audience sang. :( Don't misunderstand...I would watch JBJ brush his teeth, but we were expecting a little more.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Tiger Jam - David Cook and Bon Jovi & Friends
by Tracker702 on 5/3/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasGreat show. I have been to many of the Tiger Jam concerts and this one did not disappoint. Cover tunes by David Cook (espescially the Led Zeppelin songs) rocked! Nice surprise to hear Jon Bon Jovi perform a bunch of cover tunes mixed in with his own bands hits.

by patyac on 5/3/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasWent to Las Vegas specifically to attend Tiger Jam to see David Cook. David Cook is always wonderful in concert, and of course, Jon Bon Jovi never disappoints either. Liked the friends who were with JBJ-since the band was not there. Would not have gone all the way out there unless Cook had been on the bill.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Tiger Jam
by ZeeCraw on 5/3/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasDavid Cook was surprisingly very good. His Led Zepplin covers were great! Jon Bon Jovi was as good as ever, despite not having the "band" there. There are few with as much energy and charisma on stage. His mixture of both Bon Jovi songs and classic rock songs was perfect. Tiger's brief one minute appearance was greeted with as many boos as cheers. Mandalay Bay was a decent place to see a show, although far to crowded leaving. It took almost 20 minutes to be "herded" back to the casino floor from the arena. I don't know if I'd see another show there, but would definitely see Bon Jovi again!
Rating: 5 out of 5 Jon Bon Jovi was great @ Tiger Jam in Vegas !
by spankytom on 5/3/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasStarted the evening with " So you Want to Be a Rockin' Roll Star " and rotated Bon Jovi hits along wih many Cover hits as well. The Back-up band was great. They all were in sync with each other ! The evening was fantastic and the Mandalay Bay Events Center was nice ! I feel Tiger Woods, who I wanted to see, should have talked to the crowd for for than just the intro ! It was his Event ! But, Jon , and David Cook did a great job and My wife loved it as well. Would go again next year if I can get tickets. The violinist was outstanding, as well as the lead guitarist/vocalist. Jon knows how to act with the crowd and that's a PLUS. Had a great time and would recommend this show to anyone else. The music was great, and the entire band did a wondrful job. Just like being at a Bon Jovi concert ! Bravo to everyone. Glad my wife loved it ! It was for her. Rock On Jon ! Thanx

Rating: 5 out of 5 Jon Bon Jovi and Friends were UNFORGETTABLE!
by YoAmina on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasAMAZING show! Great start with David Cook! He sang Zeppelin almost as great as Robert Plant! JBJ and Friends WERE UNBELIEVABLE! Don't know where to even start! GREAT setlist, Jon was chatty and Lorenza Ponce kicked butt on violin! Jon Bon Jovi is a LEGEND...pure and simple. GREAT, GREAT show! The man can rock the heck out of an audience.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Amazing Concert on the Strip in Sin City
by vishna on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasDavid Cook has a really great voice, however Jon Bon Jovi is masterful! He is a consummate professional performer and if he is in your town, you should definitely attend a show. You won't be disappointed.

Rating: 1 out of 5 Meh. Bon Jovi covering other bands...
by bmaker94 on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasBuyer beware. 3 Bon Jovi songs for $100. I am not feeling I got good value. Don't get me wrong, John can sing Led Zeppelin - but couldn't the band figure out a way for him to cut them on on the profits and sing more Bon Jovi songs?

Rating: 5 out of 5 Jon Bon Jovi without the band
by luvbands on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasI have seen the band, Bon Jovi several times but not Jon with a fill in band. This show was still great because many Bon Jovi songs were played but they also played some good classic tunes by The Who, Rolling Stones, Bowie etc... and they did it well! I missed Richie and his guitar sound and the talk box but I will get to see him again. I love that the venue was smaller than any of the other arenas that I have Bon Jovi at. No matter where you were, you had a good view.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Bon Jovi and Friends Rocked the Mandalay Bay!
by shamom on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasIt was a great start with David Cook opening up. He was awesome! I thought it was a nice twist to have talented singers sing with him, and the girl playing the violin was amazing. He sang some older songs from different artists, like the Rolling Stones, which was a lot of fun. Of course, when Bon Jovi sang his own songs, the Mandalay Bay was really rockin. I really loved when he sang Hallelujah-just a beautiful melody. And, Bon Jovi's sexy dance moves seem to be getting sexier! If I could've leaped over the bleacher seats, and onto the stage, I would've! He said the band is working on a new album, and I can't wait to see them again. Maybe next time, I'll pay for VIP tickets, so I can leap onto that stage. Me and my husband had so much fun, and I'm glad we had the opportunity to contribute to the Tiger Wood Foundation.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Jon Bon Jovi Rocked the House!
by mauiprincess on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasI've been to many Bon Jovi concerts. This was probably one of the best I've been to! It was amazing. Though I wasn't sure what to expect, it was nice to see Jon do something a little different. I still can't get his version of "Start Me Up" out of my head. The lady singing with him was awesome too! I think it was also nice that he wasn't touring. He definitely wasn't on autopilot. He even started to sing the wrong verse on "Lost Highway", which surprised him. It was really cute.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Tiger Jam , JBJ &Friends delivers as usual
by leftysj on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasAs a BSWJBJ member this again was an unforgettable evening! Exactly what I expected from a Jon & friends show with no disappointment what so ever! The only disappointing part of the evening was looking into the crowd and actually seeing people sitting...... Unheard of at a Bon jovi show of any magnitude. Obviously those sitting in the crowd were just there to hear the typical Living on a Prayer, I knew it would be the "untypical" show just what I went there for!! JBJ rocks no matter if he's with the band or playing with "friends". .
Rating: 5 out of 5by gingersnapp22 on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las Vegas awesome! he didnt sing my very fave song in the world...I'll be there for you. that was a bummer. I could have also done without the cover songs...dont care about the rolling stones and chuck berry.

by Anonymous on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasMy bad, I thought that Bon Jovi Band is going to play like many people did.
Rating: 1 out of 5 Bon jovi at tiger jam
by JoeRagonese on 5/2/12Mandalay Bay Resort - Las VegasIt was only Jon Bon jovi without the band. He had a bunch of other people playing not Bon jovi music. It was awful. I hope to never has to see that again.
