I thought that the show was a great show, great performance. I took my mother-in-law and she really enjoyed it also. The acting was great and can't believe that they did with that short of actors/actresses.
The production of the Wizard of Oz at the Fargodome on January 12, was great! The singing was amazing as was the acting. My only regret was that I didn't have tickets for the center of the theatre. We were off to the side and I felt like we may have missed some things. But none the less ... it was a great experience!
Very good cast with polished stage show. Special effects were acceptable but could have been better. Overall it was very enjoyable.
Even from farther back, the performance was amazing! In addition to great performances by the actors (and Toto too!) the little asides by the actors (the Cowardly Lion's reference to Disney's "The Lion King") were hilarious! It was waaaay funnier than the movie, and my middle school students loved it!
It was an excellent cast. We enjoyed the show very much.

I can't say much about the show as I didn't "SEE" much of it. The main floor seating was terrible. I could barely see anything and people behind me complained that they could actually see nothing. I'd rather pay more per ticket and have the stage start at the stadium seating. Other than the front row no seat at this venue was adequate as your view was either blocked or you were to far back. Terrible planning on the part of the Civic Center.
Show was great!! Seats were terrible. Putting the handicapped to the side where at least 1/3 of the stage can't be seen is awful. This is the second show for us at this venue. I hoped it would be better seating the second time...it wasn't. I would recommend the show but not the venue.
Wonderful show my 6 year old sang along and danced in the isles. Was very impressive, great music and superb acting. Recommend this show to all ages!!!!!
I thought the performance was outstanding. My kids loved everyone minute of it. The special effects really added to the show and Dorothy was unbelievable. Bravo!
The costumes were great and the quality of the performance was superb!
My family absolutely enjoyed this production! You could tell the amount of work that went into this...the creativity of the special effects and the dance/song numbers were amazing.
We really enjoyed watching the Wizard of Oz ...the actors were awesome! We were entraced with the performance. We were lucky enough to have a couple little girls sitting close to us and their behaviour was so cute! They were adorable. Completely tuned in to the show and the characters. So glad we went.
This show is eye candy! It's also beautiful sung and performed. Even the most jaded adult will feel like a kid again watching this show. The special effects were terrific and they couldn't have found a more perfect Dorothy.
This stage production was a great tribute to the movie! I love that they added the "Jitter-Bug" sequence (a scene that was deleted from the movie). I truly enjoyed every moment!
Dorothy is amazing and all the lead characters are equally wonderful. Great to have local performing arts students in such a wonderful show.
I saw he Wizard of Oz with my wife and it was a great show. Its nice that Warner brings these shows into Erie, and I hope the Warner Theater continues to bring in great shows.
A professionally done play, just like the original movie, well done family event, worth every penny. Props and effects were outstanding!
I was unsure of what to expect from a stage version of this beloved classic and was hoping to not be disappointed. The play ended up being far more wonderful than I could ever have imagined. The costumes, props, and lighting were fantastic. The actors were outstanding and believable. Each and every one picked up on the mannerisms displayed in the original movie which really made the show come to life. I was astounded with the special effects and even my daughter thought the tornado was superb. This was definitely the best production I have ever seen. I wish they had been here longer.
