Beautiful venue, poor show

I took my wife out for her birthday and it was an absolutely stunning performance. The whole show was outstanding. Highly recommended!
If your like me and love Wizard of Oz you will simply fall in love again! I absolutely loved it!!! I would even see it again. Favorite scene was the Jitterbug.
They took the typical storyline and a little pizzaz. The cast was witty and extremely talented; they sang beautifully and danced effortlessly. We really enjoyed the show.
Not so impressive performance ...as a side note, there were problems with the sound system..
I thought the play it self was great. The only thing I didn’t care for was the people coming late and walking around during the performance. It was very distracting.
What an entertaining show for people of all ages. It made you feel happy really. We truly enjoyed it. Dorothy had a beautiful singing voice and little Toto warmed your heart. So cute. All in all I loved it. Don't understand all the empty seats in the house. people really missed out by not going.
I enjoyed the show graphics was very detailed characters are fantastic and the dog was very cute
The cast performed well. Many people kept getting up during the performance. It is very rude to get up constantly and open the doors, not only to those who paid a lot to see the show but for the performers. Kids were talking during the show. It wasn't a typical theater atmosphere. They didn't pass out a playbill either. Kind of disappointed.
It was a nice play, but we had pictured something different. We didn't think it was going to feel so much as for little kids. Also, we chose seats in the front row of an upper section and Ticketmaster didn't warn that the view was so blocked by the cloth, so we had to seat and bend to barely see. For both reasons, we left before the intermission. Finally, the dog that was part of the cast looked terrified, so my daughter was worried all the time.
I’ve seen a lot of plays, this was good. Made for a nice Sunday matinee, entertaining.
Disappointing. First you have a Dorothy that sounds squeaky, my ears were about to bleed. When she started singing, it was as though she was singing from the other side of a giant fan. Over the Rainbow was sung terribly. Absolutely no range with a shrill voice. Then you have Auntie Em who sounds absolutely angry as if she is about to beat up everyone around her. In the movie Auntie Em is a strong woman but she does not sound mean. This Auntie Em seems angry at the world. And why would they change crullers to cookies? Just wondering. Then you have the wicked witch, over done screaming, way over done. Then they made the trees (instead of trees) with the apples into women with skimpy dresses - made no sense. Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, Toto and Tin Man were ok... as was the good witch Glinda and uncle Henry. Sad that the whole show can only be as good as the lead character. This whole production would have been improved with a better lead, a less Angry aunt and if they stuck closer to the script.
This is a production that you and your children would love. The ticket pricing is reasonable and the children enjoyed the exploits of Dorothy, Tin Man, Cowardly Lion and the Scarecrow. Although this wasn't a knock your socks off type of production, it manage to ad lib lines that kept the adults entertained as well. My friends and I went on Mother's Day and quite enjoyed the mothers and daughters who dressed up as Dorothy. If you want an enjoyable time with your children or grandchildren --- this is the place to go.
MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT FOR MOTHER'S DAY NOTHING LIKE SHARING SUCH A GOOD PLAY AND SPENDING TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONE! OUTSTANDING JOB ON COSTUMES AND MUSIC
Overall the show was great but a little long. Felt some parts were unnecessary. Seats were terribly uncomfortable. Theater was beautiful with tons of character.
The play itself was fun and the wicked witch was amazing. The biggest issue I had was spending over $300 for front row seats for my anniversary to spend half the play being distracted by the drum player reading a book and messing with his phone and drinking his coffee. Highly distracting and completely ruina the ability to lose yourself in a play. Not worth the money or the time.
It wasnt Wicked, but it was good. The poor dog that played toto though looked dead, had to be sedadted
I love this musical, but this production was not a professional production. The orchestrations were poor, the acting was over acted and the sets were few and cheaply put together. Throughout the show there were intonation issues sometime within the orchestra and sometimes between the orchestra and the background vocals....I would not recommend this production and would be suspect of any production from this production company. Although I question the theater's recognition of quality if this is what they like....
Costume design was nice. There were some scenes that weren’t quite accurate though.
Cute. It was very long. The crowd did get restless at one point. The play moved along slowly and caused loss of attention especially since it was so predictable.
