The Wailers played them all and perfectly. Over two and half hours from some lesser known sounds from Upsetter to Get up, Stand Up, Redemption Songs, Exodus, Three Little Birds, One Love, People Get Ready and Jammin' the Wailers rocked the house. They had the whole place standing and singing along.
The Wailers, led by the "Family man" never disappoint. GREAT SHOW !!!
The Wailers are THE reggae band. Every song is played and sung with soul. I loved the passion in the songs like Pimpers Paradise and Zion Train. You can tell they like to play to the crowd that knows their more obscure songs- the true fans. The fact that lead vocals are covered by three guys with huge ranges shows how complex Bob's voice was. They do an amazing job by keeping true to the songs history and heritage, while at the same time making the vibe current. Ironically, they don't live in the past, but seem more to celebrate it. Seeing them at a place like Masquerade only makes it better.
I am so sad they didn't come on until 11:15. I hired a babysitter to watch my 8 month old and only had her until midnight :(.
This show was amazing. I'm a long time Wailers fan, and they were everything I've ever hoped they would be. I would recommend a Wailers show to anyone who would listen.

I did hear about The Wailers but didn't know it was such an amazing band. It was My 1st Wedding Anniversary and it was a perfect getaway from the world .Its a whole diffrent world of love and Music. I am glad we attended the event!!
