About

The Teskey Brothers are finally heading back to North America in 2023. It's a long-awaited return for the Australian band who have amassed a legion of fans with their timeless and soulful recordings and stunning live shows. After a string of covid cancellations, the pair are making up for lost time with a huge run of dates across August, September and October.

The TeskeyBrothers' third studio album The Winding Way is out now through Glassnote Records. The album follows 2020's Grammy-nominated Run Home Slow and is their most accomplished work to date. Josh Teskey's once-in-a-lifetime lead vocals are in breathtaking form while his brother Sam sings wondrously along with his well-worn Stratocaster. The Winding Way tour will be a rare and spellbinding 8-piece experience which is simply not to be missed.

This was my first concert ever and it exceeded my expectations. The Teskey Brothers are absolutely incredible musicians and their music and this concert reminded me of why music is the world’s greatest love language. I still can’t believe that I got to experience such greatness. The environment was so cozy and welcoming and staff was really friendly. I cannot wait to see them again!

    The Sound Was Terrible!

    by TR on 9/3/23

The venue was interesting a very historic hall. The sound was so loud one word was indistinguishable from another. It made for a misersiable evening.

A Soulful Journey with The Teskey Brothers!

    by Shan on 9/3/23

I had the absolute pleasure of attending The Teskey Brothers' concert in Atlanta, and I must say it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment the lights dimmed and the music started, I was transported into a soulful world of pure musical magic. The Teskey Brothers' stage presence was electric, and their passion for their craft was palpable. Their harmonious blend of blues, rock, and soul had the entire audience swaying to the rhythm. Josh Teskey's rich and velvety vocals were simply enchanting, and his guitar skills were mesmerizing. What truly sets this band apart is their genuine connection with the audience. They engaged with us, shared anecdotes, and made us feel like part of the Teskey family. It was heartwarming to see a group of musicians so in tune with each other and their fans. The setlist was a perfect mix of their hits. "Hold Me,""Pain and Misery,"and "Rain"were performed with such raw emotion that it gave me goosebumps. And when they played their latest tracks, it was clear that The Teskey Brothers are continually evolving while staying true to their roots. In a world where live music can sometimes feel manufactured, The Teskey Brothers bring authenticity and soul back to the stage. If you have the chance to see them live, don't miss it.

    Raw, Soulful, Intimate

    by Dan on 9/3/23

The band backs the incredible voice of Josh Teskey to perfection. A trumpet and saxophone add to the bluesy rock n’ roll sound that they convey. They do a great job getting the crowd involved and creating an intimate environment for fans. “Josh Teskey’s voice skips the ears and goes straight to the heart” - Sam Teskey

    Not great

    by SMC16 on 9/3/23

Concert experience was not great. We bought tickets at the original venue (buckhead theater) before it was moved to the tabernacle. The new seats we were randomly given at the new venue were not equivalent to the ones we had purchased. The view was partially obstructed and there was a bar right behind us which was noisy and lit up with bright light the entire show, which was very distracting. Also, the AC in our section of seats was not working and we were sweating the entire time. Not enjoyable at all.

Loved hearing new music and old favourites. They were incredible and their openers were the cutest and sounded great live as well. Loved how both bands engaged with the crowd. The music lifted me up.

Amazing band and venue for sound quality

    by Lizzy on 8/21/23

First time at History for a concert! The Teskey Brothers are amazing if you love Bluesy Soulful music! The only thing I might suggest to the venue is since there is limited seating at the venue maybe you can have more tables for people to put their drinks/food/snacks on top of so they aren’t always having to hold their drinks while standing the whole time.

    First Time Left Early

    by Dave on 8/14/23

Warm up band - follow them. Bright future. Teskey Brothers? So pablum. Crowd really seemed into it but there was nothing there. Boring. How can a live concert be dull. First concert in 40+ years left early. So did Friend (big fan) even though told him to stay and enjoy. First of 100+ bands I just didn’t get. Sorry.

This was like velvet for your ears

    by SG on 8/14/23

The brothers were unbelievably good. They’ll eat the controlled the crowd, audience, and emotion of the entire concert was something you just don’t see anymore. It wasn’t just a song list they were playing it was a journey of story they wanted you to feel. If ever you need a night off from the stress of life, try getting tickets and escape for just a moment in a place of musical bliss.
