The SOS band one of the baddest bands in the land I had a great time Lot of good information from the speakers for cancer awareness. would like to see The SOS band again. i had a ball!!!!

First time seeing them perform. Can't wait to see them perform again. Today's young performers should watch and Iearn how to put on a great show with nothing but real musical talent. From the moment they took the stage, the audience was under their spell. They sang, played and danced and we were dazzled.

The SOS Band did not disappoint! Great show, great food and drinks, great service ample parking, fun crowd. Haven’t had this much fun in a long time!!

The S.O.S. Band was in pure form last Thursday night at THE BIRCHMERE! I felt like I had travelled through a time warp and landed in the 1980's, in a night club, and I was jammin' as I did over three decades ago! The S.O.S. Band's performance of "Just Be Good To Me" and of "Take Your Time (Do It Right)" had the audience singing and dancing like We were all young again in Our 20's & 30's. "THANK YOU", S.O.S. Band for the youthful rejuvenation! Special Note: The "Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce", at THE BIRCHMERE, was the BEST that I have ever tasted!

Great show! If you love funk music. It brought back memories.

I thoroughly enjoyed hearing & seeing the SOS Band! They're 1 of my favorite 80s groups & they performed all of their top hits. I also enjoyed hearing their new music.

It was truly awesome along with the weather with the ocean breeze.

Slave, Bar Kays should quit touring. Slave especially. I would not go to see either again. BUT you want to see a good show? LAKESIDE was VERY professional, on point, right along with SOS band, I would pay to see BOTH again. AWESOME! 5 stars for Lakeside / SOS!!

I attend the 2018 Funkfest in Virginia Beach again and had a very enjoyable and memorable time. there were 6 in our group. Having the old school groups still performing and drawing thousands of people young, middle age and older having fun. The only thing that I see that needs improvement would be keep the walkway clear near the entrances and sidewalk.

They are one of my favorite band. Lead singer still has it. Glad she was the original singer that performed. A lot of funk bands lead singers leave. Then they have someone else sing. That's turnoff for me not the same

SOS and Lakeside sounded great. Show was full of energy. Brought back many memories and I danced my butt off!

Lakeside and SOS band are both great bands! Other than I think Lakeside should have been the closer because they really had the whole arena on fire! That is how you want a concert to end!

Everything went great! Both bands LakeSide and the SOS band sound great. I loved the show.

The sound system was very good for the most part. It was a little hard to hear the lead female vocalist for the SOS band. The new seats and leg room was a welcome surprise. GREAT atmosphere; great crowd!!!
