These guys are so fun! They enjoy playing and it exuberates and energizes the crowd. Having first seen them in the early eighties, every subsequent show is a trip down memory lane. Keep up the boogy Skip Castro! That farewell show was the best time ever but I’m so glad it didn’t stick!!
Skip Castro is such a fun dance band! They keep the crowd going. I’ve been dancing to them for many years and loved seeing the roll of pics behind the band as they played…bringing back great memories of Easter’s and Mine Shaft, etc.
They play like they are still at the top of their game. They still play with the same joy and same genuine affection for their audience. Its a joy to be a part of Skip Castro concert
Awesome Skip show, as usual. Had great seats in the second row. However, dance pit at the front, near the stage was non-existent (Dance area was elsewhere in the venue, in the rear). The Venue staff starting coming up to haul people out who stood up and danced at the stage. Not used to seeing that! Plus, interactive Bo could not jump off the stage to play remotely in the audience (stage too tall and not enough room for him). Arrangement of seats probably needs further thought. Sound was, of course, Super!!

Over three hours of great rock and roll. The nighthawks started for over an hour and 45 minutes. When the Skip Castro Band came on I thought I would not like their music. After three or four songs I went down on the floor from the balcony. They were awesome for the rest of their set.
Great show! Good Humor never disappoints and Skip Castro sounded awesome too. It was a great fun night.
