  • Exceeded Expectations!

by Franciek on 7/15/25The Paramount in concert with Northwell - HuntingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Growing up in the 60's, I, of course, considered the music of that decade the best. So many different music genres - rock, British Invasion, folk, folk rock, protest, Motown, the California sound and it just goes on. I looked forward to The 60's Show and hoped that I wouldn't be disappointed. The band was great! The music was great! The variety was great! The talent was there! It took me back to a time in my life that was full of hope, idealism and a sense that a better time coming. At least, that's what I thought - and - for one evening, it all came back through the music.

Just a wonderful show! The song choices and accompanying video backdrop was very entertaining. If you are a “Child of the Sixties” or just love this great music, you are guaranteed a great show.

  • The Sixties Show Rocks!

by SoCalifornian on 5/24/25Rating: 5 out of 5

We saw The Sixties Show in their first California performance at The Moonlight Amphitheater, a fabulous open air venue in North County, San Diego. So glad we did! Others have mentioned authentic instruments and costumes, all perfectly complementary with an interesting multimedia presence that truly transports the audience back. The snippets announcing everything from doctors’ favorite brand of cigarettes to former presidents’ takes on Civil Rights issues are at times ironic, funny, and heartwarming. It all played well with the music that was played VERY well. Don’t miss an opportunity to see and hear The Sixties Show!

  • Wow! What incredible musicians playing great music!

by Jungle Dave on 2/10/25Penn's Peak - Jim ThorpeRating: 5 out of 5

Extremely talented musicians performing with period-correct instruments and amplifiers. They even used cords for everything! No wireless stuff here. The sound and authenticity was great. And those boys could sing! Perfect harmonies. I really enjoyed all the pics and video choreographed with all the songs they played. Lastly, Penns Peak is a great, intimate venue. Love that place and worth the drive!

  • A walk down memory lane.

As in life, almost everything could have been better. To cover the decade of music in just 90 minutes is not an easy task. The songs chosen have to appeal to the majority of the audience which I felt they did a decent job at. Their performance of these songs was commendable. I would have liked a different song selection. The one item that annoyed me was the sound system was turned up after intermission. Afterall, the majority of clientele present were seniors, that does not mean that we are all deaf. As with the announcement of turning OFF or muting your cell phone, an announcement should be made for ALL those inconsiderate morons to remove their hats and head coverings. There are people behind you that would like to see and enjoy the show being performed on stage. Overall, I would recommend seeing this show. I would attend again if they changed the songs picked to be performed.

  • Music to my ears

by DarP on 3/17/24Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Loved having the live band play and sing to the songs from the 60's. The selection was great except for a few unfamiliar songs. The videos coordinating with the songs added the extra touch to makei ititan outstanding evening
