This was the first time I ever saw this show!! The engery was amazing and the crowd participation was hilarious. It is very easy to see why this show has a cult-like following. My teenage daughter and I laughed and sang and danced the whole night. She did not mind the near naked butts and understood the underlining theme of tolerance.
I saw the Rocky Horror Show LIVE on Halloween Sunday, in Raleigh, NC. My roommate and I dressed up to get in the mood and sat 6th row center for a fantastic show! The quality of singing and acting was very laudable and note-worthy. The lead actors were beyond reproach, and the supporting members of the troop left nothing to be desired. I recommend this to any fan of the movie!
Next time, I will definitely dress up. And yes, there will definitely be a next time. The show was fantastic! I have participated in movie showings, but there is something so cool about the show being live. The costumes were sexier than if the actors were naked. The singing was great, but the band, which was above the stage, really kept the pace going. The audience clapped and danced along; the atmosphere was addictive, which made everyone want to get up and dance. I kept thinking with all the erotic movements on the floor that this musical would be lots of fun to practice! I drove 5 hours to attend this show and it was worth every mile. If you get the chance, go to this show!!!
We went to two shows of ROCKY HORROR in Raleigh and each one was better than the one before! Loved the dancing, the humor, the entire cast was fantastic! Hope to see it each year! Loved the audience participation and outfits! A fun night was had by all! Do it AGAIN! Thank you!

Having been newly introduced to the show the week of going to the theater, I only somewhat knew what to expect. I absolutely loved it! The cast was great, the set was great, and the atmosphere was unrivaled. I would've gone to the other three showings that week if I could've. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a good time and who love audience participation!
Most amazing play I have ever seen in my entire life!
This performance was wildly entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable! While I had never seen the Rocky Horror Show before, I was able to follow the plot and the songs pretty well. The characters were fun and energetic, the costumes spectacular, and the music awesome! This is definitely a risque show (wouldn't recommend for young children), which caught me off gaurd- think that was part of the fun. I am definitely going to see this again!
GREAT venue. Parking was easy. The cast and crew did a fabulous job. Very muched liked the audience mingling of the cast and crew before and after the show.
Rocky Horror Show was an unforgettable experience. Truly entertaining. Enjoyed it to the fullest. The cast was great, and the singing was absolutely incredible!
Wow! I want to see it again and again! It brought me back to my college years. The actors were fantastic, professional, and friendly. I take a bow and humble myself to them. When will Rocky Horror Show go on again in Raleigh, NC?
The pit was unbearably loud and drowned out the vocals. At times the singing was almost inaudible. The sound person seemed to have no sense of balance. This was very frustrating. We left at intermission.
Overall a fantastic production. It was lots of fun, the singing was excellent, the set design was interesting and dynamic, the costumes were risqué (in a good way), the live band was really good, and the crowd was really into it. I think the only thing that could have made the experience better would have been a larger crowd.
I loved the fact that they did a gothic version of Rocky! Now every time I go see the movie at the theater I will always remember the way they acted everything out!!!!! Loved Loved Loved it!
So...this show was amazing! I've been to the live show in the normal theater Rocky Horror is played in Raleigh and so I thought I knew what to expect. But, this was out of this world. No movie screen was required...the cast had amazing voices and dance moves and did it all. Props were crazy good and the stage was really elaborate. We sat front row (in costumes of course) and had such a great experience! Can't wait to go next year.
The show was a great modern interpretation of a classic cult hit from the seventies. All the voices were fabulous, the acting was great and the audience participation (8 pm show) was surprisingly good. Would have liked to have seen more people attending dressed "in character". Was very disappointed to see that there was a young child there. I applaud the audience members (especially the males) who went all out with their costumes. The cast was friendly and approachable. The cast members who played multiple parts are to be commended. The band was Ah-mazing! Time warp dance was well executed. All in all, I enjoyed myself tremendously.
It was funny and full of energy. A little dirty but good.
The Cues were a little behind which made it a little frustrating at times for the virgin attending. However If you have older teenagers and want to enjoy a crazy night out during Halloween this is the way to do it. We had a Blast.
enjoyable evening. Quite risque. Not all of the performers had really great/strong voices. The woman who played Janet had a great voice!!!
The cast was wonderful and as outrageous as this play calls for. We had an absolute riot. I truly hope they will be back again next year. We have seen them the past two years at this venue.
