    Surprised & Amazed

by DC on 2/27/24City National Grove of Anaheim - Anaheim

It was my first time at the theater and being apart of an event like this. I really liked it and I gave it a 5-star because I got a lot of information and a better understanding of the mind of a serial killer. Dr. Rachel was great and it's courageous of her to be able to sit down in the same room with an Actual serial killers. I wish I could step in her shoes! I do wish we went over more of the women serial killers.

Good but wish it was better

by Jim on 2/27/24City National Grove of Anaheim - Anaheim

Enjoyed the first part of the evening. The Q & A felt staged. Wish it would have been more discussion on the 9 points as it related to known killers. Was looking for a more clinical discussion. Finally no host was needed, it took away from the discussion.

    It was Okay

by EG on 2/27/24City National Grove of Anaheim - Anaheim

The speaker and host kept it interesting with their personality. I just felt like it wasn’t a lot of new information and mainly things you can find on Google. I was hoping for more information about personal experiences or interviews she has done.

Such an interesting and fun evening. Gained insight into this fascinating subject. Came away with an understanding of all the components that it takes for a person to become a serial killer.

    Fascinating

by BB on 5/29/23The Echo Lounge & Music Hall - Dallas

Dr. Scott Bonn is a captivating speaker. He engages with the audience and is very knowledgeable. He makes the topic of serial killers entertaining with his anecdotes and experiences. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought the tickets, but I left the show wishing it hadn’t ended. I highly recommend Dr. Bonn.

    Not as advertised

by Bfort on 5/29/23The Echo Lounge & Music Hall - Dallas

The event was cool, dont get me wrong. The way the event was advertised, the speaker was going to talk about several serial killers and 2 of them "AT LENGTH". All he talked about was, his experience meeting them. Barely talked about what the killer did. The questions part of the seminar was fairly informative. We asked questions and he answered. That was cool. We learned some stuff. The coolest part of the seminar was being around a bunch of other like minded people. I think all of us were expecting to really "dive into" hows these guys think and why they think that way. The experience was a let down to a majority of us.

    Exceeded expectations

by D. Aaron Santana on 5/13/23Capital One Hall - Tysons

The idea of a two hour lecture doesn’t excite me in the least, even if the subject matter happens to be exciting, but Dr. Bonn did a tremendous job of injecting his personality into the presentation to keep everyone engaged, and was able to pack a lot of information into the allotted time, which really flew by. Truthfully, I wouldn’t have minded if he’d talked for another hour, in fact, I’d have payed for another hour. If he is visiting your area, and you can catch him, I highly recommend his lecture.
