Everything worked extremely well. I saved the tickets to my wallet. It was efficient and fast.

Very beautiful course the only annoying part os actually getting to the course it’s over a mile to walk from the gate !

Attended the Players this weekend which was among my premier golf experiences. Spend much of my time around the 16th hole, the island green - 17th, and the finishing hole, the 18th. Certainly stadium golf at its finest and an experience I will always treasure. Ticketmaster made the whole exciting process flawless which I am extremely thankful. Without a doubt, I will be back!

Well done once again. Golf was great and for the most part the logistics were also great. Two suggestions...getting out of the parking lot is always a challenge and can be fixed....so I encourage you to fix it. Also, need more tables set up in front of the food vendors outside the 17th hole. Other than that, it was great! I will be back next year.

My wife and I are in our 70s and played golf most of our lives. We love to watch golf on TV, but really love to watch in person. The Players is one tournament we go to as often as we can. We live in Texas now. This is our 7th trip in 20 years. The venue is like no other. The staff volunteers are great, friendly and helpful. Yes it is crowded, and crazy at times, but that is the experience. Food venues are easy to find and food is pretty good too. You have to try it. Well worth it.

Last year was my first visit. Needed to get away to better weather. After attending in 2023, I told myself to add another day and come back. Certainly worth the visit. If your consider attending, do it. It’s well run but definitely buy the parking pass. Not many alternate parking lots around the course without a huge walk. Or grab a shared ride to course.

This event is always a lot of fun. But sadly, every year they take more and more good viewing (and shaded) areas away from the fans. Number 10 green was always a place you could sit and get reasonably close to the players. No more! Also, private venues keep proliferating, also at the expense of the fans with Grounds passes. Just plain old greed. Weather was great this year though. Probably will just watch on TV from now on. I have been attending this event since 2002.

Great traffic control and wonderful parking directions. Course was in amazing condition and weather was perfect. Every Volunteer was so kind and knowledgeable. Only suggestion is bring back the pairing sheets. Wifi connection is so weak it was impossible to access through wifi. WELL DONE!

First year for the Intracoastal Club and wouldn’t buy them again. Price was twice as much as the Deck but didn’t include anything. No free beer or water. Tent was crowded. Long lines for (paid) food and drinks and restrooms.

The Players is a great tournament and Sawgrass is a world class course. But over the past few years there are a few things that have continued to slide toward mediocrity . 1) Parking. They used to incentivise carpooling by giving free parking to those with multiple passengers. Now it cost close to $50 per day and we have been parking further and further away each year 2} Food options appear to be fewer and more expensive. 3} while minor, there appear to be less of the top end air conditioned rest rooms. Generally it is less fan friendly and way more expensive, but the golf and the course are fantatic.

Perfect weather, the course was pristine, and its extremely fan friendly. We had a blast. Go - you won't regret it. We just parked right around 17 as it was pretty warm on Friday and we realized that there was plenty to see right there staying put.

So exciting watching these amazing golfers do what they do! Such talent! Getting my picture taken with Viktor Hovland .. well now, that’s priceless!

Great tournament. Impossible to get tickets on phone. WiFi not powerful enough. I’m possible to get any info (maps, restrooms) poor WiFi.

Great environment however, for the price of the tickets they should offer food and non-alcoholic drinks in the price of the ticket. Need to mirror the Palmer Patio at the API.

The event was very well organized for getting large numbers of people around the property. There was no available parking passes on line. We arrived and there was plenty of space in the field south on A1A but we could not purchase a parking pass. We parked at the beach for free but had the Uber both ways We passed the parking field on the way out and there was still plenty of parking.

Saw every hole! Watched the best players in the world! Crowds were extremely polite and courteous. Course was immaculate. The only issue I had was when I was. On waving for the day, I was directed to exit via a backroad that was not paved. My vehicle was a filthy dust-covered mess! Either the pave the road or direct all traffic to exit on the main paved road. It was over a mile on the backroad traveling in a dust bowl.

The Players Champion is by far the best tournament of the year. Everything about it including the course is first class. Great Tournament with great crowds that were totally respectful to each other. The only negative was the exit from the course on Friday. We were sent out the back side of the property on a pig path. It was a terrible gravel road that had just been watered down by a water truck ahead of us. The pig path was muddy and all vehicles got extremely muddy. Please??? What a second class move!!! Four Stars because of the pig 🐷 path exit!! 🐖

Beautiful golf course and the facilities were great

Being able to put my parking, and entry tickets in Wallet, on my phone, made parking, and entry go very smooth. With The Players being moved back to March, you never know what type weather you will have in NE Florida. It could be cold, hot, rainy, or a combination of the three. Although warm, it was a perfect golf weather week. Friday is cut day, thus the most crowded day. Still, with a little planning, you can put yourself in a good position to be able to see the players up close, whether teeing off, in fairway, or putting. Looking forward to next year.

I'm a long time resident of the area and have attended the The Players Championship every year. I've been in many different free and paid venues in that time. This year I attended with 3 friends and we purchased Intracoastal Club tickets. It's a nice location that used to be free, but we like the action there so we went ahead and forked over the cash. The venue has a great view of the 12th fairway and green, as well as a partial view of the 13th green. (Big tree partially obstructs) Other than having a good view of the action, the venue was a disappointment overall. The private bathrooms were inadequate, non functional for a while, and long lines after the problem was corrected. The food service was super slow, as the counter was staffed by very nice elderly ladies, who unfortunately had no clue about how to move a line. I waited about 20 minutes to place an order with only 4 people in front of me. Later I tried to get drinks for the group. There were three total bartenders and it was about a 45 minute wait to place the order. Totally unacceptable for the price paid for this "premium"facility. It's got potential but they need double the bartenders and counter servers. We won't be wasting our money on this one in the future.
