About

The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem” and “Gotta Get Away,” Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged

  • Great Family Experience

by SERVIN_EMUP on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was so awesome and nostalgic and the fact that my 3 sons knew all the songs and enjoyed the music tells me there is hope for this new generation.

  • Awesome Show

by David S on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

The Offspring put on a fun show! They kept the crowd engaged the minute the second act ended by doing crowd activities until it was time for Offspring to perform. Great band to see live! Also had a mosh pit going on up front.

  • The show was pretty good. High energy, good sound

by Old dude on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 4 out of 5

I don't think I want to go through the Citi advantage method of getting tickets. I ended up with obstructed view tickets which was very disappointing. The show itself was pretty good though. Good production, good sound, high energy, it had all the elements of a good show.

  • No Moshing, No Water Bottles

by J W on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 3 out of 5

For a punk show I'd prefer if there was a mosh pit and that we could bring in our own water bottles. Apparently the band makes that decision at the venues and chose to make people pay for water.

  • Both Offspring and the Crowd were awesome.

by Can you say awesome on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

Money and time very well spent. I have now checked off an item on my bucket list. 😎

  • Awesome!!!!

by Matt on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was incredible. One of the best shows I have seen in years and for sure the best one this year. The Ozzy tribute was great too.

  • Awesome and packed, sound was off though

by Mo on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 4 out of 5

The Offspring put on a great show! We got seats instead of opting for the berm at Cynthia Woods Pavillion which was a good call because it was absolutely packed given that it was a hot evening in August in Houston. Our only complaint is that the sound was off. It wasn’t just our seat area. We walked around a bit and it sounded the same in multiple spots. The vocals were too soft and sounded like the mic was underwater or something, especially for Jimmy Eat World. My Apple Watch also kept telling me the decibel levels were too high (which is fine, rock on), but if it’s gonna blast my ear drums then at least make the sound quality solid.

  • The Offspring is Awesome

by Ledgeman on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

It's always a killer show with these guys. The whole show was awesome. They put together a great tour. I love how Offspring interacts with the crowd the whole time during intermission. Can't wait for the next show.

  • The Offspring

Amazing, I love the pavilion. close to home and The Offspring was one of my first band tees when I was a teen. this was my first time catching them live and they were incredible!

  • Great Music! Entertaining Show!

by BAM on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

I would say of all the shows I've been to, the Offspring do the best job I've seen of making sure everything is entertaining from waiting between sets to interaction during the show. It never felt like I was waiting for anything. The music was great! It is definitely worth it to go see them live.

  • Best night of the summer

by Doc Jones on 8/26/25Hollywood Casino Amphitheater - Maryland HeightsRating: 5 out of 5

First off I LOVE this venue, it's a 3 hour drive but totally worth it IMO. Took my 13 yo to this show (her 2nd concert) and she hasn't stopped talking about it. New Found Glory opened, I had never heard them, but they put on a great show and the music was right on brand. Jimmy killed it, and of course Offspring absolutely destroyed. If you haven't experienced Offspring, they have one of the best intermissions..so much fun. Dex, Noodles and the boys put on a great show, totally entertained the crowd with their quirky personalities, and even gave us a little Ozzy tribute (RIP Ozzy). All in all a great concert, so glad they came to town. Nothing better than watching your kid headbanging, jumping around, and screaming her head off. 10 out of 10, would do it again even if it cost a thumb!

  • Fun night

by Dee on 8/25/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Concert and Venue were both amazing! Even with their age they put on a great show.

  • A really fun concert

by Wookiebuddy on 8/25/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Loved this concert, first time seeing all 3 bands and while not really big on NFG I did love seeing Jimmy Eat World and The Offspring. I was worried about age catching up to them but I was thrilled that they still sounded great! Took my 16yo daughter to her first rock show and she had an absolute blast the whole time they played.

  • Awesome show

by tom from TX on 8/25/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I go to many concerts. I have a high standard and I was blown away by the Offspring. Great show, sound, and energy. I look forward to the chance to see them again.

  • Awesome

    by queenofthesea02 on 8/25/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Sooooo good. They sound better now than what you hear on the radio. They did an intermission video that was great and they were funny doing bits on stage. If you're lucky enough to get the piano version of Gone Away, it's so beautiful. Would highly recommend.

  • They still got it!

by Ben on 8/25/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I took my son to see them ~20 years ago and we still talk about how much fun we had. I'm older, they're older but I still wanted my wife to see them. She was skeptical but more that pleasantly surprised. We have had 3 recent deaths in the family with one being my wife's Mom and she was really touched when they sang "Gone Away". My only regret is that my son could not make it this time!
