About

The Offspring are a punk rock band from Garden Grove, California. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Behind breakout Mainstream Rock Airplay singles “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem” and “Gotta Get Away,” Smash went on to sell over 11 million records, earn six RIAA platinum certifications and set the record for the highest-selling album released by an independent label. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged

  • Epic Concert!

by HPlainsD on 8/27/25Germania Insurance Amphitheater - AustinRating: 4 out of 5

Truly an experience! The Offspring rocked the house and had the best intermission of any concert I've ever been to. The Germania Insurance Amphitheater is the perfect place to view a concert on a beautiful night! If I had one critique of the concert it would be that I wish the opening acts were better suited to the party atmosphere that The Offspring brings.

  • Concert was great. Parking exit was bad

Great concert. Concessions were great. Exit parking was terrible

  • Amazing energetic concert!

The venue is easy to get to and quick access once doors open. There are metal detectors. Check the venue website. Great food and drink booths with merchandise booths. Frozen cocktails, beers etc. Lines moved quickly. Open field with many picnic tables to sit and eat. The stage and stage seats so easily accessible and no problem seeing the stage. Nice bathrooms to the side of the stage with constant maintenance so they stayed clean throughout the concert time. This is my favorite concert venue. Offspring rocked!!!

The only Seltzer they provide at the racetrack is Ranch Water Lime and it taste like PUKE!!! They need a quality Seltzer short short of that love the racetrack, see atleast 4 shows a year there

  • Pop Punk Rock's Not Dead

by RHJR on 8/27/25Germania Insurance Amphitheater - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing show! Started strong with New Found Glory, followed by Jimmy Eat World, and finally The Offspring. The Offspring has been one of my favorite bands for the last 25+ years and they were definitely one of my bucket list bands to see live. Blown away by the energy they brought to the stage. The other groups they invited on the tour were also so entertaining. Honestly made me wish I knew more of their discography but I thoroughly enjoyed my time leading to the headliner. Huge shout-out to the crew for the fun crowd engagement too from the "Blimp Cam"to the lighting and impressive inflatable props during various song performances. 10/10 experience. Would love to see them perform again.

  • NFG IS THE BEST BAND EVER

by Hannah on 8/27/25Germania Insurance Amphitheater - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

Everyone can enjoy seeing New Found Glory. They are the most fun, engaging, and energetic band!!! Nobody compares. Never gets old.

  • Just ok

by Jen on 8/27/25Germania Insurance Amphitheater - AustinRating: 2 out of 5

The sound wasn't right. Main mic was the softest. Band led with their best song. Smallest pit in history. Energy wasn't there.

  • Great rock/punk show!

by Gabriel on 8/27/25Germania Insurance Amphitheater - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

They put in an amazing show! Great production value! High energy from the band where they played all the classics and some good new songs. Their drummer is badass. Only thing that sucks is the audience is so old now we can’t bring the same energy on a Sunday that we would have 20 years ago.

  • The show was great but caught covid.

by Timdog on 8/27/25Dos Equis Pavilion - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

The Offspring was great. I thought jimmy eat world kinda sucked. I woke up to having covid on Sunday. Not sure if it was worth getting sick but the offspring delivered.

  • 1990s bands are well and alive!

by Marichancla on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

This was my gift to my husband for Father’s Day as this was his band growing up! I am not a hardcore fan and it was rough to beat considering I just saw BSB at the Sphere, but they kept the crowd engaged, loved when they played a couple Black Sabbath covers. Dexter nailed the voice and the guitarist outdid himself. The special effect and the kiss cam(hilarious). Super fun show! And thanks for keeping the price fair Ticketmaster!!! That’s how we can afford to see bands like these.

  • Amazing concert!!!

by Tamster on 8/26/25The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion sponsored by Huntsman - The WoodlandsRating: 5 out of 5

I had an amazing time! The concert was energetic, interactive, and entertaining at all times. I loved the music! All band members were fabulous! I don’t know how they do it night after night. I hope they come back in the future. I will definitely go again. I highly recommend!

  • It was really good
