This was the best concert I've been to in a while!
Well, the title says it all. For a band in business since 1984, the show was worth every penny. Amazing energy, sound, and vibe from the crowd...even though it was completely PACKED.
Awesome!!!! wish they would play nj more often. amazing live band!!!
Was amazing. Had a great time. Would see them again.
Great show, they sounded amazing! They played ALL of their hits!!!
The crowd was insane from the very moment that Offspring hit the stage. The opening acts did not really fit in with the Offspring's type of music, and went mostly ignored. As soon as The Offspring hit the stage, the crowd just imploded into a giant pile with barely any room to move your fingers. It was crowded, it was hot....and it was awesome.
Frank Turner is an awful opening act. Turns out that's just perfect when Offspring are the headline. Their setlist incorporated most of the fan favorites as well as mixing in some B-sides. They brought a ton of energy to match the amped up crowd.
First time seeing the offspring. They had a lot of energy the show was sold out. There was 2 opeeners and they weren't the typical genre for offspring. So it was a drag. Offspring was super good tho. I'm not the biggest fan but they play w a lot of energy and the singer played the peanuts theme song on the piano. My personal highlight of the nite. Their ticket price was a lot of money for a small venue. And the tshirts were also very pricy.
Drove from Buffalo with 2 teens for their first concert. The Offspring DISAPPOINTED in a huge way. Set too short , with too many breaks...shortest featured act I have ever seen in 30 years of concerts I tried not to let the kids know they just got screwed, but they heard talk from others in the hotel we stayed at. The Band just didnt seem to want to be there . Dropkick Murphys were rockin, The first guy seemed a superflous addition to kill time- time Offspring should have played. And so many peop[le came out to see them despite lousey weather - that should have made them play all the harder for their fans who support them-literally- all these years.
The energy at the show was amazing. all elements of the performance, such as lighting, special effects, and music of course, were in sync with each other creating perfect harmony and an ideal atmosphere for the music that tempted all ears'. This show was a moment in my memory and assumed, many others as well.
I'm going to make this short and sweet. I don't remember the name of the guy who opened, and honestly his name isn't worth remembering because the music was nothing special. I was a little disappointed by Dropkick Murphys. I've seen them at smaller venues and they were fantastic. Either they were just off their game or they weren't used to a larger crowd, because they were not very good either this time around. Offspring was really the saving grace. They played a majority of their newer stuff and mixed in a lot of their older stuff too. Honestly the only song I didn't hear that I would have liked to was Original Prankster, but considering how many of their songs I wanted to hear and how many they actually played, I was very happy with them. They even threw in a little comedy and entertainment to try to get the crowd going. I would highly recommend seeing them if you get the chance, especially if you can find them playing with some better bands opening for them. So yeah, that's my two cents!
The show was great, Dropkick put on a great show and so did the offspring
The opening act: Frank Turner was entertaining, I think he's got some real potential, especially with the unique style of his. As for the second act: Dropkick Murphys, they were just overpoweringly loud- I did not enjoy that part of the show in the least. But, the Offspring rocked! I loved the way Dexter played "Gone Away" on piano, and Noodles was hilarious throughout the night.
The offspring are amazing performers. Dropkick Murphy kick butt also. They played all their hits. The sound was great. The Cmac is a great place tosee a concert. The offspring are not only great performers but they always make me laugh.
I had super close seats and the energy was high for both the Dropkick Murphys and The Offspring. I had a super time and they put on a heck of a show.
They played majority of their hits along with their new releases. The only thing that was bad was CMAC's parking price $10 dollars.
Took my son for his birthday...not exactly my kind of music, but enjoyed the show. Had not been to CMAC in several years and really liked the venue! Parking was a breeze and getting out in a timely manner was the best!
This was my first real concert, and i must say that it was the most wesomely fun experience ive had so far in my life. Dropkick Murphys are one of my favorite bands and there performance was spectactular. It was awesome to hear the offspring play all of there hits as well as there new stuff from rise and fall, rage and grace too. totally unforgetable.
the concert was great! all the performers were better then i hoped. the only thing that i didn't enjoy was the long wait between bands. i would go again even knowing the wait would be longer.
One of the best shows i think that I have ever seen.... These guys just played like they still are in their mid 20s.... Extremely high energy!!
