What a great show. Attended with family and friends. The backup artist were wonderful and the Manhattans brought back great memories, without, using profanities or issuing political statements. Just a good night to relax old school style. A must attend with love ones.

Their performance was over the top--gets better every time we see them. They give a high quality and professional show--no shortcuts and no "on stage fluff". They covered all hits and favorites. I had forgotten about, "Am I Losing You". Had to download it that night. :-)

  • This Show was GREAT!!! Except...

The good: This show was absolutely great! I think the best performance was Peabo Bryson! His set was GREAT and I wanted more!!! Stephany Mills STILL has the pipes and looks like she could still play Dorothy. She still has a fantastic figure. Would have loved to hear Peabo and Stephany do a duet on Feel The Fire. The Manhattans can still get it done. Blue Lovett is definitely missed. The bad: Jeffery Osborne can still sing BUT HE HAS A FILTHY MOUTH!! You would think he would have outgrown cursing. There were at least 4 occasions where he cursed during his set. He even talked about his kids during one of them. What mature man in his 60s still has a filthy mouth? His set started just before the the clock struck 12 heralding Resurrection Day and he apparently had no respect for that. The time between sets took too long and the (so-called) comedian also had a filthy mouth too. Plus he wasn't funny. It took half of Stephany's set to warm the audience back up after Peabo's set. 30 minutes was far too long between artists. Peabo had a problem with the electric for his guitar and eventually had to abandon the song. Overall this was a very good show. I drove up from Washington DC (8 hours) to see it. It was worth it and I would do it again. (Next time let Peabo Bryson close it out.)

70's Soul Jam was awesome. Stephanie Mills and the Manhattans killed the show. Stephanie Mills was jus out of site.
