The Manhattans Featuring Gerald Alston Tickets

Gerald Alston and The Manhattans were outstanding as usual. While recently deceased member David Tyson was truly missed, his presence was truly felt, as The Manhattans accompanied by a backup singer did their thing. The most touching moment of the performance was the heartwarming video of the late David Tyson and when the band and members of The Manhattans were introduced - so was the late David Tyson. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and premises were clean. Covid-19 has kept us all secluded, and it was nice to be back at The Birchmere! A GREAT evening and we look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I really enjoy Gerald Alston and the Manhattans. We were at the show six month ago and if the Lord spares our life we will be back in October. We were sorry to hear about the lost of another member of the group but the show was still great.

Loved the show. Saw them last year as well. Great performance and Gerald sounded great.

The show on 4/1/22 was fantastic, This was my third time seeing them at the Birchmere. Gerald put on a fantastic show, his voice seems to get better each time. He's an amazing performer. They are at the Birchmere every 6 months, and I will continue to travel 3and 1/2 hours every 6 months just to see him. I will be glad when they start back with the meet and greet and picture taking, it has been put off since the pandemic. That is a great end after a fantastic show. I would give them 10 Stars

I always want to be the first in line because I have loved the Manhattans since I was a teen, now I'm 64. I get there about 7:30 a.m. or 8:00 just to make sure I can get a table in the front. They are one of many that can actually still dance and sing. Their performance, harmony and dancing is awesome. They are very respectful in all ways and they have a great following. I wish I could just be there at every show all around the world because when I say my favorite, I mean my favorite. Out of all the groups in the world the Manhattans, the Whispers and the Delfonics will always be my No. 1's. They said the legacy continue, I want to be there to continue it with them, and when they come back in April 2022, I will be sitting right there at 7:30 a.m. waiting patiently for the show. They are the greatest.

Because of covid, I was debating if I should attend the show, but I'm glad I did. And when the group sang my favorite song - Turn Out the Stars, I was thrilled and knew at that point that the show was worth waiting for! The customer service at the Birchmere was outstanding and dinner was great. The entire evening was simply marvelous!

The Manhattans sounds just as good as they did years ago They venue was perfect and their food was perfect. Everything was just perfect! Will definitely see them again when they return next year.

Throughly enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment!! Seating was a little tight but as long as everyone respected each others space, it was ok.

The show overall was great! However, one of the group members thought it was a good idea to have his wife sit near the stage and not at a table. She was blocking the view of several tables - including mines. She got up, danced, clapped and rocked back and forth on her bar stool. No one is so privileged that they get to block the stage.

Loved it and can’t wait to go back next year. It was well worth the wait. Superb singing! Gerald is the best! A must see show from Gerald and the entire group. Very entertaining.

We live in a time where actual performers are at an all time low. The Manhattans has been groomed for perfection. I mean they are excellent. It was wonderful seeing them live a few years ago. Gerald Alston can sing the hockey sticks off of any song.

The venue was perfect and very intimate. My seats were great and the sounds of Motown music to my ears was so soothing. I enjoyed taking a trip down memory lane with the music I was brought up with.

Very well put together show! The Manhattans is a AWSOME old school group that made many love slow ballads. Their performance, dancing and singing was electrifying!🔥❤️ Look forward to many other shows. The Northern Lights Theater is a great place great atmosphere not to large or small just perfect!

It was like going back down memory lane as they sang hit after hit and we jammed with them, it was AWESOME!!!!

It was a great experience and lead singer Gerald Austin still has a great soulful voice. Potawatomi Casino Northern Theater was the perfect venue and I no problem with the mask requirement.

Manhattans were on tour with the O’Jays and they were amazing!
