The idea and setup were great. They had golf simulators with all kinds of clubs available to warm up. Then we go to the first tee - the club selection was limited to a few short irons. My friend and I are senior women golfers. We needed clubs that would allow us to hit the required distances. The “caddie”, and later a supervisor, couldn’t have cared less that we were unhappy. They said it was a liability issue and would not provide even one longer club. This whole setup was obviously geared toward men, with no consideration for women or seniors. Although we still hit chip shots on each hole, not having a chance to reach the target took the fun out of it and took us out of the competition. An easy solution was to have the caddie carry a few longer women’s clubs for us to use. I was very disappointed that MLB & Callaway didn’t consider women or seniors, they set this up as a “men only” experience.
