Great venue and show. Just good blues and guitar playing.

The show was great and it was nice to hear Kenny Wayne sing lead on their new music. Keyboard player made my legs have chill bumps.

I've seen Kenny Wayne Shepherd many times and have never walked away disappointed. His band is tight and he's a master guitar player. If you like blues rock, you need to check the KWS band out

We see at least 12 concerts(plus) per year. This is a must see concert for everyone who loves rock guitar legends. I have seen the Kenny Wayne Shepard Band numerous times and they are always exciting, fun, and just ROCK! Kenny Wayne on guitar, Noah Hunt singing doesn't get any better. And Kenny Wayne actually sings a few songs, which he hasn't done in years. Great blues, great rock songs! Robert Randolph on slide guitar is awesome as well. What an excellent choice as an opening band. And they both take the stage togther for a couple songs towards the end. Go, go, go see this great concert. It is so worth it.

I don't understand why the warm-up band isn't allowed to use the same amp system the headliner does. If they're afraid the first band will "show them up" then don't have a warm-up group!!!! RR & The Family Band may have been good, but I couldn't tell because the sound sucked! KWS was awesome.

I have seen Kenny Wayne Shepperd several times but it has been awhile. Loved the mix of new material and old. KWS tone was first rate. KWS' s playing has to be rated as one of the top three guitarist out today.

Maybe the best concert I've seen and I've been to many! He gave his hometown fans quite the show. This was originally to be a Rides concert but they had scheduling issues. Kenny Wayne's band is better anyway so this was a bonus. Previewed a couple songs from the "to be released disc in May" and played all of his hits as well. Nice venue, nicer when we got moved from the back row of the room to pretty much the center of the room and close to everything. How awesome was that??!! Clear and crisp sound, each band member sounded great individually, but together Awesome!

I've been a fan of KWS Band since they kicked it off on the top of a tractor trailer platform in downtown Shreveport 20+ years ago and own most if not all of the CD collections. The show Saturday night was outstanding, not a bad seat in the house and the Horseshoe is a great venue and reinforces why I am still a fan of great music and a good time. Love it KWS Band !!!

KWSB totally connected with the crowd! Great mix of material including blues and rock . Best show I've seen in a while. Kenny has confidence and presence on stage showing the skills of veteran musician.

Kenny Wayne was in rare form in my opinion. I thought I heard a little metal squeeze into his rockin blues/jazz style of music. My girlfriend had no idea how good this concert really was.

Took me a few minutes to realize he was no longer the blonde haired artist I had seen years ago in Austin on the reservoir. I purchased my ticket to see the Rides group but with that aside Kenny played a good show. He went through a wide array of styles but his Blues was extraordinary. As a charter member of the Blues Foundation, he should get nominated, and play at the Blues Music Awards in Memphis. He didn't make it to perform several years ago and that was a disappointment. Breaking out with an award winning release would send the group to Lucerne, Switzerland and other festivals around Europe. I am really proud that you represent Louisiana and look forward to seeing you again.

The concert was awesome! All the songs I expected to hear, plus a few surprises. Voodoo chile and pearl jams "yellow Ledbetter" were awesome. My only complaint was that the other members of the rides weren't able to attend, but it was addressed in concert, and a few songs that were on their album were played by the band to makeup for it. Very impressed about everything at the concert!!

I couldn't wait to see Kenny Wayne Shepherd in a live performance as it had been some 20 years since I had last seen him playing live. I was not disappointed. He put heart and soul into the amazing riffs he played and never sounded better!! Backed by an equally talented and impressive band of rhythm guitarist, drummer, keyboardist and vocalist, this is a show to see if you love blues music. He integrated older blues classics into the set list which were covered quite well stylistically as well as including his popular hits and everything sounded incredible!! I'm definitely looking forward to his forthcoming release in May of 2014. Love KWS!! (4 stars given instead of 5 for venue acoustics only)

Down to perfection! Great show, even greater guitar playing. Hard to believe his talent. Didn't sit down the entire concert!

The concert was A-Mazing! Kenny Wayne Sheppard is full of talent. Loved the show. Will definitely go to see him when he comes back to town. Awesome performer. So much energy and passion for what he does.

Wow!! A seasoned cast of musicians backing a guitar phenom and blues/rock non-stop! More of this please!
